I would like to highlight Haig's kindness and flexibility throughout the stay. In particular, he will send you a practical guide to the city to facilitate your stay, much appreciated. Impeccable stay with a great host who is a native of the area. Knows all the corners and activities to do. Flawless accommodation, super accommodating in terms of cleaning for a 3-month stay. The accommodation contains all the necessary equipment and has a separate entrance. Super welcoming and super nice hostess.

Listing matches reality. Very well-equipped, pleasant, quiet (despite the ground floor) and good location. Self check-in with clear and simple instructions. Decorations in tune with the times and cozy. Free parking available in the building but be careful, 15 minutes to unload the car and collect the keys as well as the parking remote and bang a 35 euro fine (it's expensive so don't leave the vehicle). Otherwise very good stay, we recommend it.

We stayed at Yuko's for three nights. Even though we didn't have the opportunity to meet her, the welcome and check-in information were perfect, the host responsive. The accommodation is in a great location, furnished and arranged with great care, it feels like home and independent with the separate entrance and the key box. I highly recommend this place to explore the area and enjoy Savoy at a lower cost!

Excellent pristine apartment in peaceful location. I used it as a base for cycling. Shower was good. Kitchen was great. I would stay again.

We spent a week with family in this lovely place. Very clean and really very well-equipped (multiple kitchen utensils, fondue raclette... and board games). Well located! (1 hour from Mont Blanc, 40 minutes from Annecy and close to Switzerland). Anthony gave us a lot of ideas for outings and cheese (fruitiere). The plus: the stove that heats up when you come back from a walk is really very pleasant! The downside: the accommodation lacks sound insulation so you won't be disturbed by the noises of the daily life of the hosts living directly above. But we really recommend this place and will be happy to go back!

I must say, it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The house itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need including some good books. The cozy living room, complete with a smart TV, was the perfect spot to unwind after a tiring work day. The kitchen was fully stocked including herbs, tea and coffee, allowing me to prepare meals just like I would at home. The bedrooms were clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable, had a restful night's sleep. The location was ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all the conveniences and public transports. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded all my expectations. It provided the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a truly homey and memorable stay. I can't wait to return in future! Free public transport pass is a plus.

The apartment is in a prime location with a lovely garden and stunning view. Everything is walkable: 10-15 minutes to town, trails, ski lifts, sports center. There is also a bus stop at the end of the driveway. The garden is a real bonus, felt very private because it sits above the road (which is not busy so you don't really notice) and looks out at the Morzine ski area/mountains. The apartment is basic but comfortable. I am only one person, with two dogs, and it was good for us. The use of the laundry room (attached) was super helpful. Christiane and Jean-Maurice are kind and responsive hosts.

Very nice apartment, cosy and very well equipped. Beautiful location towards the Imperial, you can easily walk to the old town of Annecy and its lake, in about ten minutes. Do it again.

The accommodation is impeccable, refurbished with great taste. Communication is easy with Jacques and Marie-Hélène. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The concierge service that makes the welcome and check-out are also very friendly. The only thing to discuss was the end of stay cleaning; it is indicated as "complete cleaning included" on Airbnb while the concierge informs us that cleaning of the kitchen is not included.

My sisters and I had a lovely 5 day stay here. It was really clean and perfect place to explore the French alps from. We especially enjoyed eating pastries on the balcony in the mornings. Perfect place to stay.

Jess' place was perfect for our week's skiing. She was in touch with us before our holiday with much help on ski passes and bakery deliveries. Easy check in. Perfect welcome pack after travelling. Jess was very responsive when we asked for local info. Apartment was lovely and quiet and had all we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, nice linen, easy to use kitchen, plenty of hot water, good TV. We managed to use a ski shop with storage (would recommend Berger Ski next to Pleney lift) so walked to and fro with ease. There are buses, but we didn't ever use. Would definitely return. We had a great time with the family. The apartment was very clean, very functional and suitable for children. The environment is quiet, close to nature and there are plenty of activities to do with children. Ségolène was very welcoming and available. We will be back!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment is very well-equipped and pleasant. The lake view is amazing! Access is also very easy and we were able to do everything by bike from the accommodation. The small beach nearby is also very nice. Thank you to the owners for providing us with paddles. It was a very relaxing holiday in a privileged environment. Again a big thank you to Jean-François and his wife for hosting us.
