Villa de Lamartine – Lakefront

A true paradise on the shores of Lac de Paladru. Luxury, peace and pleasure await you! The house, equipped and renovated in a contemporary style, is set in a large 2,500 m enclosed garden planted with flowers and trees, except on the lake side. The garden ends in a private beach and pontoon. Lac de Paladru is also known as the blue lake because it has a Caribbean feel. This is no doubt due to the colour of its water, which varies from turquoise to emerald thanks to the chalky lake bottom.

Beautiful chalet of 95 m2 completely renovated 7 meters from Lake Annecy, 20 minutes from Annecy and 30 minutes from ski resorts. As a backdrop, you'll have a stunning panoramic view of the lake. You can enjoy the lake throughout the day to swim, go paddleboarding or canoeing (two paddleboards and three canoes on site), relax in the sauna while admiring the lake, or play a game of petanque. The house is on two independent levels.

The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug.
