We rent our main residence, it is a charming and comfortable 2 bedroom, Fluffy our adorable cat (hypoallergenic Siberian) stays in the premises, she is very cuddly. Ideally located in the train station/mail district, very quiet, 10 min walk from the lake, 300 m from the train station and shops, cinema, bars, restaurants... Wooden terrace sheltered from view with awning and plancha, 4 beds (1 x 160, 1 x 140, sofa bed). Condominium parking. Direct access from the highway south exit

Family house built in 1925 (great-grandfather) and renovated in 2019. It is located in a dead end, by the lake (private pontoon), near the port of Sevrier, the sailing club, the tennis club. The cycle path passes right behind the house. Municipal beach 5min walk, riding club 5-10min by bike. Swing in the garden. For those who come by electric vehicle, you have a Green-Up plug. Don't forget to bring your cable!

Beautiful family home for rent

Quentin was a great host. He was really responsive and helpful. He greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the property giving us all the information we needed. He was contactable if we needed anything. The property is amazing for children with a brilliant garden and play room full of toys. Quentin also offered to lend us his sports equipment if we needed to borrow anything. The location is great being a short walk to the lake (although down a fairly steep path and across a main road) and it only took 15 minutes to cycle to Annecy which meant that we hardly had to use the car. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend Quentin's house.

The house is perfectly equipped and well appointed. Great for a week-long stay, access to the lake, Talloires beach and nearby hikes allow for a good time! Especially when the weather is nice! There are nice board games for bad days!;)
