Vacation rentals with a kayak in Annecy

We had a lovely stay, quiet, by the lake. The location of the house is ideal and the accommodation is well-equipped. Philippe is very friendly and responsive. We will gladly come back to that.

Cute and charming vintage apartment! What is very valuable is the location: walking distance to shops (including a very good bakery, Dangreaux), restaurants, old town and more. Top is also the parking and the terrace with BBQ! Happy to have found a place where the second bed is not an uncomfortable sofa bed but a real bed, and is in a private bedroom. There is also a great coffee machine, all ready to use, a fan for hot days and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in Belley. Monique and Gilles were very welcoming, they had even prepared breakfast with products from their orchard! The accommodation is really well located on a plateau with a 360-degree view of the surrounding mountains (Mont Blanc). Nearby we were able to enjoy hiking and biking routes. Everything was perfect for a weekend of disconnection in nature!

Excellent stay! The accommodation is cozy, ideally located between Chanaz and Conjux, very well equipped. Perfect if you are looking for a rural pied à terre for hikes around the lake. Philippe was an attentive and available host. We retain the address and highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Rene-Louis! The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped. The location was perfect for a ski holiday as there were many different ski slopes nearby. Communication with our host went smoothly, and Rene-Louis was very helpful and gave us many useful tips. The sauna and the hot tub were especially great – they were easy to use and very much to relax. Overall it was a great experience, and we would definitely go back. Thank you for everything!

Very well placed, in a quiet residence. Communication is with Myriam who is very available and friendly. The accommodation is very pleasant if there are two of us, be careful with a (large) dog it lacks a little tidying up but for a few days we can accommodate it! I would recommend Frédéric's place 🙂

Very nice location, with stunning lake views. We really enjoyed the view, as well as the layout of the cottage, while we spent the Christmas holidays there, mostly indoors.

A big thank you to Nicolas for his quality hosting. Her house was very well located for discovering Annecy and its surroundings and the equipment in the house was excellent!

I really enjoyed my week at Laure's, the apartment is large, clean, the environment and the view are beautiful, there are beautiful walks to do nearby, I recommend it!
