Vacation rentals with breakfast in Annecy

The house and it's surroundings are incredible. We were blessed with beautiful weather but regardless the house, pool, hot tub and outdoor seating areas are lovely. There aren't enough words to describe how great our holiday has been while staying here. I thoroughly recommend a visit!

Impeccable accommodation, very welcoming and helpful host, we enjoyed our stay. We recommend this place to stay without a second thought! The owner is very charming, we communicated a lot and she did everything to make us feel at home. Sharing and conviviality are at the rendezvous, to discover.

This is a modern, comfortable, clean and spacious house just a few paces from the lake, with several restaurants, a boulangerie and a grocery store just around the corner, yet it's amazingly quiet! Our family spent a wonderful time here. The house is well maintained and everything works perfectly. A perfect choice for a family of four!

Everything is great in this cottage. Maud is very reliable and very kind. We had a Christmas tree to welcome us. The view is magnificent, skiing is 20 minutes away, the chalet is very well equipped, clean and warm. We had a great time.

The house is really amazing all around! The location is indescribably beautiful. Everything is provided. Kitchen is more than perfectly equipped. I would have loved to cook there all the time. Also the pool is fantastic and has been cleaned regularly. The communication with Sandrine was perfect at all times. We felt very, very comfortable in the house during our stay. You can do a lot in the area. Whether hiking in the immediate vicinity, mountain hiking in the alps, visiting the wine region or swimming in the nearby lake. For us, it was one of the most beautiful vacations we've ever had. Thank you

A warm welcome, impeccable accommodation and breathtaking views of the Aiguebelette lake, everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and hearty. Our favorite? The Jacuzzi in a Mini Cooper with sunset views… an unusual and magical experience! A unique, peaceful and incredibly thoughtful place. We will recommend without hesitation and we will be happy to go back! PS: If you are a fan of charcuterie and cheese boards, please don't hesitate to ask for it as an option, it is excellent and very generous! Mickaël & Laura.

We had a great time at Jean-Luc's place. The studio is cozy and equipped with everything you need. A highlight is the bed, where we slept fantastically for 2 nights. As a host, Jean-Luc is unique. We implemented his tips and discovered many great places around Annecy in the short time. His remarks on the history of this city were also exciting and very interesting. Thank you for the time. Incredible stay with Yann and his family, in a peaceful environment. The accommodation was spotless, accessible, well-equipped and comfortable! We stayed at Vanessa and Allesandra’s flat while visiting family in the Eaux-Vives neighborhood and attending the Geneva Open. We have stayed in several Air BNB’s and hotels in the Geneva over many years and we enjoyed this flat the most. The flat is well appointed, the residential location lovely, the Mage our favorite spot for coffee less than a block away. We appreciated the charm of the flat with modern changes. The bed was comfortable and bathroom well lighted, two priorities for us. We enjoyed reading on the balcony. Though we didn’t meet Vanessa and Alessandro their email communication was warm and helpful. We can unequivocally recommend this flat. Thank you Vanessa and Alessandro

Everything was perfect. We spent a night at Viviane's during a weekend in Savoie. The house is peaceful and has a beautiful garden. We'll be happy to go back!

Well located accommodation in a small country village 20 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Lake Bourget, 10 minutes from the Fier Gorges and Clermont Castle. Hiking trails available nearby. Independent entrance on the ground floor in the hall of the house. Small private room without balcony with shower, sinks, toilet and very good bedding. Very welcoming couple and nice breakfast served on the terrace. Great value for money.
