South facing home located on the slopes of an old vineyard with stunning and unobstructed views over Lake Annecy. From breakfast on the patio through to evening drinks by the pool / on the terrace this peaceful home enjoys the sun all day and sees the lake's ever-changing colours and patterns. Our home is located on a quiet road in Veryrier, and is just 4 minutes to the Lake and 2 minutes walk to the many village shops. Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 can be set as 2 single or double beds

Family home in an exceptional setting, ideally located with DIRECT ACCESS TO THE LAKE: 6 steps down and you have your feet in the water. Authentic 18th century Savoyard building. We have completely renovated the back of the house to accommodate you comfortably. The front part of the house is not yet accessible, which does not prevent you from enjoying the entire park that borders the lake (1800 m²). The beach is 50 m from the house.
