Vacation rentals with a home theater in Annecy

Beautiful and clean accommodation in a building that doesn't look like much. Very well equipped kitchen. Small sunny balcony. About 15 minutes walk to the port and nice restaurants. And especially parking space. Good windows that hide traffic noise well. We enjoyed it a lot.

Great experience for a night spent in the area. The room with the spa is unique, the spa is super large and the layout of the room is great. You can listen to music with a very good quality sound thanks to a dedicated installation or watch a movie while enjoying the bubbles and relaxation. And the movie theater is a unique experience. The welcome is professional while being very friendly and although we arrived very late. We tasted a platter with cheeses from a nearby dairy. To be repeated, as a couple or with children for a family movie night.

Excellent place to stay to enjoy ski in the La Plagne domain, very convenient, close to ski lifts and restaurants at Les Coche village. Very clear instructions to find the chalet and the host was very friendly. Very nice to have 2 bathrooms, and the living/dining area is quite spacious, making it the ideal place to stay.

Very nice stay at Marjorie's apartment. The accommodation is cozy and the view is breathtaking! Mont Saxonnex is really beautiful, and there are many hikes nearby.

Perfect accommodation for 6, very clean and nice. 100% satisfied. Some minimal details, given the overall quality, but to be checked anyway: Dishes, some plates are starting to chip and the handle of a cup is broken. Also check the kettle which seems to be leaking.

Great apartment, spacious, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. A beautiful view of the mountains and a waterfall. A very well-equipped kitchen. The city center can be reached on foot in just 15 min. We had a great time in Samoens.

Sara's place was in a great location, it was spacious and we had more than everything we needed! we particularly enjoyed spending time on the balcony during the warm Geneva evening and the home cinema which was super cool! It was also very easy to reach all the key points easily with the Tram line running nearby. Sara was easy to reach, though we had little to no need to write since everything was perfect when we arrived anyways. We highly enjoyed and recommend!!

Our arrival was made very easy with clear instructions and the key box. The accommodation was clean and it provided us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend booking this!

Had a very pleasant stay enjoyed the barbecue and the swimming a spa/jacuzzi is also available though we could figure out how to get it on.

Very nice stay at this beautiful very large and convenient house with lots of bathrooms and wc. The kitchen is very well stocked (coffee, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, lots of dishes). The location is peaceful and the views are splendid! Contact with Estelle was very good.

Spacious and friendly. Exactly what we were looking for!

We came to stay for my husbands 60th birthday with our four adult children and their partners. It was important that we all had en-suite rooms and luxurious communal areas to eat and socialise. We also wanted a hot tub and sauna. This was a big ask with a big group, however the chalet was perfect for our celebration and just as described. The hosts were organised, helpful and were there if we needed to ask a question. We were self sufficient as we have stayed and skied in the Portes du Soleil many times, the only slight disappointment was that despite being advised that a driver would be available if needed, when we asked for a lift back from Avoriaz one evening, the request could not be met and the advice was not very helpful, however this was at short notice and did not spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful place. Excellent welcome, accommodation as described and as shown in the photos, well-equipped, pleasant setting in the mountains.

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared for our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem are available and useful for visiting the surrounding area. Thanks both of you!

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it

The apartment is excellent spacious and the location is Montaz, but the only mishkat in the bathroom is small

We had a fantastic stay with Pierre. Pierre had organised for his good friend Patrice to meet us in Avoriaz as he was away at the time. Unfortunately we had a small amount of trouble accessing the property, were unable to locate the key! Patrice and Pierre were very helpful, both proactive and responsive. They came to a great solution and Pierre very kindly provided us a partial refund for our difficulties and time spent. I would definitely recommend Pierre, he made unanticipated problems smooth to sort out and communicated very well. I would return to stay at his property! ☺️

Our family stayed for four days in Laetita's apartment in June. Location is ideal for a quick trip to Geneva. It was a one minute walk from the apartment to the Moillesulaz tram stop, which will bring you to Geneva city center in about 15-20 minutes. Tip: you can buy the Unireso Zone 10 unlimited day pass for unlimited bus or tram trips from the apartment to Geneva. The apartment was very clean and ideal size for our family of five. There were more than enough towels provided. Bedding was also very clean. Kitchen amenities were complete to cook a quick breakfast or meal. The balcony had a great view of the mountains, and had enough seats and a table to enjoy your morning coffee. Host is very responsive. Thank you Laetita for her hospitality. The apartment is well recommend.

Lovely, clean comfortable apartment on the edge of the lovely village of Montchavin. Very well equipped with everything to cook really good meals. As 4 adults we were very happy with the space and comfort. The access to the ski slopes and nearest chairlift is easy. Cyrille was super helpful from the beginning of the booking process to the end of our holiday, always very quick to respond to any questions. He provided names and numbers for local transfers and told us where we could store our luggage when we wanted to ski on our last day after check out. Would definitely recommend this duplex, whether it be for a winter or summer vacation

Great accommodation in the heart of Aix les Bains, right in front of the casino with magnificent views of the mountains. I would 100% recommend this place. The only downside is the garage offered (which still deserves to be there) very complicated maneuvers to get in and out, old-fashioned garage with a wall right in front, strongly discouraged for SUV-type vehicles, for info I parked a Touran there after a few unsuccessful attempts.
