Living room with TV and comfortable couch set (to undress with sleeping accommodation for 2 people). The fully equipped kitchen is located in a bay window with dining area, dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge and large freezer. Furthermore, a separate double bedroom as well as a room with bunk bed next to it, ideal for two children, large modern bathroom with tub and shower, hairdryer and a separate toilet. Location: 1st floor Living space: approx. 80m² suitable for: 2-6 people (URL HIDDEN) The tastefully furnished, naturally lit living room has comfortable furniture, which includes a 2 person, foldout sofa for extra sleeping space, telephone, satellite TV, and DVD. Gmund is the insider tip to stay at lake Tegernsee - our house is situated at the little river Mangfall only 300m away from the train station and 150m from the lake. Our holiday home was completed in 2016, has two rooms, a new bathroom and a big eat-in-kitchen.
