Ideal for larger groups and especially families with children, furnished house with open kitchen and 3 bathrooms. It is quietly located below Neuschwanstein. The swimming lake and Tegelberg are easily accessible on foot. You can enjoy the sun in the garden and on the terrace. There are toys, a sandbox, a ping-pong table and soccer goals as well as a basketball hoop.

Emel's parents greeted us upon arrival. Despite the complicated communication due to the language barrier, they took the time to explain everything to us. The space was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very pretty. The stove was easy to use and heated quickly and well. The kitchen was clean and very functional. There was nothing missing in the house for a good stay! There were 7 of us and we were all very happy with the house. We were unable to enjoy the garden due to bad weather, but it must be very nice in summer. The view is very nice and the area is peaceful. (Next to a forest and a lake) The bus station to Munich is a 5-min walk, which is very convenient 👍 The host was very responsive in terms of replying to messages, and very kind. I stopped just for a night with my two children, the place felt comfortable and homy as soon as we entered. The check in was easy, Toby and his wife responsive. The only hic-up I had, is that I drove first one turn to early, but found the house straight after... As we stayed only one night, I don't know how the light is in the apartment during the day as it is a basement.

We spent a week in the beautiful house in the middle of a fantastic garden. In total, we were four adults and four children between 0 and 3 years old. The layout with two rooms upstairs and a shared bathroom was perfect for us with two families. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired with a coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer and salad spinner and the children were delighted with building blocks, Duplo and various games. The garden is huge and beautiful and was used extensively by us. Our hosts not only provided us with helpful tips for activities in the area, but also spoiled us with fresh rolls and homemade cakes. We were even actively supported in filling the paddling pool! Georg and Giesela are probably unbeatable in terms of cordiality. We'll be back for sure and say thank you for a wonderful vacation with you!

Lovely place in a quiet area with private parking. Plenty of space in the apartment. The birds were not disturbing us during the stay.

We had a great time with five friends. We were able to have a great time staying at the place and surroundings. We were completely to ourselves and could easily reach beautiful excursion destinations. The stay was absolutely uncomplicated. Katja and family were extremely friendly. Highly recommended if you like a simple rustic but spacious and original cottage. We would come back anytime!

We had a great time in Antje's apartment! It is very well equipped and we felt very comfortable. The private lake terrace is a highlight, especially when the place is full on vacation days. The location is really great and you have a variety of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The small village shop is also right around the corner. We will be happy to come back! 🙂

Underrated airbnb! Our family of five had an absolute blast at Roswhita place. The entire place is so well put together that we wish to replicate it at our place down under. From the unbelievably well kitted out kitchen to the comfy sofas, to the Wii (such a clever move), to the clean Lego, room specific underfloor heating, comfortable beds, gorgeous views of the endless enormous windows... such a cozy home. Impeccable. The location? a quiet town with classic German B roads that were Disney looking in winter. The perfect location to relax, truly feel at home and be relatively close to Legoland, Munich, thermal swimming, etc... We will be back 😊.

We were passing through with motorcycles. We were allowed to park these in the carport - very cool. We were allowed to throw our wet things from the trip in the dryer in the basement for a small tip. The apartment was sparkling clean and we slept very well. We would sleep here again if we were in the region again. Thank you and best regards!

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) vacationed together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

I was very warmly received by Katharina and felt welcome with the dog at all times. Her family were also very friendly. The place was well equipped and has a great location. I could ask Katharina anything at any time. It was a successful vacation all around, thank you.

The stay at Katharina's was fine. Very neat. Great instructions. Very nice was the fenced garden so that our dog could go outside freely.

We made lifelong memories as a family in this house. The host was outstandingly responsive and polite. The house is modern, clean, cozy, spacious, and amazing for a family reunion. The kitchen had all tools necessary for a comfortable home cooking experience. If we needed something - they had it! Super home for a family with a kid or kids. The location is peaceful and secluded, but you can walk to a promenade or a nearby restaurant easily if you want to socialize. About an hour on a taxi from the Munich airport which was reasonable for us. We would go there every year! We loved it so much!

Great host - gave us space and was very helpful with advice when we asked her. Very understanding about our two , sometimes, reactive dogs.

The accommodation is about a 15-minute walk from the station. The staff that welcomed us was very kind. The room is very spacious and has everything you need to occupy during your stay. No problems with the internet in the room.

We had a great stay here. On the first night, we realized there is no air conditioning in summer but after corresponding with the hosts, they brought some fans over which were sufficient with the cool night air :) It is also a close drive to many of the famous sites

Absolutely lovely and spacious home. It was extremely clean upon our arrival and had all the amenities as stated in the listing. The host was very friendly and always responsive. Definitely worth the price. I can only recommend!

We had a great stay at Jose's. He was a very warm host. The Airbnb looks much nicer in real life than in the photos. A rare find - you feel like you're in another world. The charm of the over 100-year-old house was really great - it was really equipped with everything you need. The decor was very lovingly designed with attention to detail. We enjoyed the time very much. We were able to store our bikes nicely in the shed next to the house. It was perfect all around :-)

Awesome place! Super clean and comfortable, the grounds are amazing and if you are a horse lover, you would love it even more, it’s at an equestrian community with huge arenas and gigantic stables, we spend a few hours just petting horses. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have 2 full bathrooms, it’s 1.5 baths and the shower is inside a bedroom

Great apartment with a nice balcony. Very lovingly furnished. Clean, everything there. Friendly couple with a warm exchange and a lovely dog. We know the area and always find it beautiful. We'd like to come back.
