Waterfront vacation rentals in Anastasia Island

The sunrises every morning from the deck were magical. The walk over the dunes to the beach, the morning coffee, the three bedrooms all made a perfect start to the day for me and my two sisters. We had an issue with a broken toaster which was addressed immediately. David was responsive and caring. For three adult women, the only thing that wasn’t ideal, but we knew it in advance, was the bedroom with bunk beds. They weren’t as comfortable as the two king size beds in the other two rooms, so someone has to make a sacrifice. But, all in all, we had a great time!

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Mark and Melanie have a GEM at St Augustine Beach! The kitchen is so well stocked there is nothing missing. The seaside decor sets the tone for a very comfortable and relaxing getaway! The unit is clean, bright, well designed and the walkout patio directly to the beautiful Pool is a highlight ! The condo complex is securely gated. And extremely well maintained. And they’ve thought of everything , all The beach chairs, toys and towels are included which makes packing for a beach vacay a breeze. Melanie was very responsive and prompt with checkin instructions and local Recommendations. The beach is our favorite with white sugar sand , rolling surf, shells and it Is perfect for daily walks. We’ve stayed at many condos in St Augustine and this is by far the favorite ! We’ve reserved for a return trip next year and look forward to the sun, ocean, and relaxing here again !

Cheryl really has thought of everything. It exceeded my expectations and all the little details really made it feel so cozy and comfortable. Had a wonderful time. Paul was so welcoming when we ran into each other on my arrival and friendly throughout.

We really enjoyed our week stay and hope to return next year. Susan was a very responsive host and condo was comfy and nicely decorated with coastal decor. We especially loved the beautiful, private beach…well worth the walk!

I have never had a harder time leaving a rental home than I did when we had to say goodbye to this one. Between the charm and comfort of the house and the beautiful setting, our family had a truly magical stay. We were mesmerized by the marsh and the wildlife, birds, etc. We had an incredible time paddleboarding the marsh right from the home's dock during times of the day of higher tide. The house has fantastic decor, space, and comfortable beds and furniture. Everything about the property is lovely. What a great location to explore St Augustine, which is our favorite town in Florida, and the surrounding area. It was so nice to have a quiet, peaceful haven to call home base for the week. Thank you again Patricia for sharing this heavenly place!

This place was just as advertised, affordable, and a great place to stay for a nice getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at Dee’s place for Christmas that we are already discussing coming back for the summer! We didn’t think exactly how we were going to pull off a Christmas tree for Santa to bring presents to our 4yr old, but Dee informed us that they had an artificial tree with ornaments in the garage!! It was extremely easy to put up and take down. This house is in a great location, close enough for early fishing charters out of St. Augustine. Also surrounded by a good selection of golf courses to choose from. The house was very clean! We had zero issues during our stay. The pool was well heated and was able to keep up even with the very cold temperatures we had. The hot tub was very clean. We didn’t get to enjoy the pier and pond as much as we wanted due to the weather but any chance we did get out there was very enjoyable.

Spacious home on the inter coastal water way. Less than 5 minutes away by car from several good restaurants and the beach. It rained during most of our stay (typical late December weather), but during warmer weather the backyard, porch, and deck with a swing would be enjoyable.

Had a great stay. The place looked even better in person. The backyard was really nice. loved the pool and the sunset views in the evening. The house was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had another great vacation at Xue's. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, and Xue was amazing as always with helping us out with questions and recommendations and such. It was a very beautiful home. Lots of different things to do around the area as well, and the canal was very good fishing.

Beautiful place! Location cannot be beat! We are locals and needed a place to stay while our home underwent renovations so we opted for a beach staycation. Walking distance to many great restaurants and beach spots and a front row seat to daily sunrise from the balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful cozy condo on the Matanzas River in St. Augustine Shores. The views are very pretty from the lanai and condo. Sunrises over the river! Carla is a top-notch host who responds promptly to any inquiries and takes care of any issues quickly. The condo is very clean, bright, and nicely furnished in beach decor. Perfect for that setting! Lots to do in the area. 3 pools, 1 heated in the complex. Beach is a short drive. Awesome restaurants of all kinds. Historic Downtown St. Augustine, a must to experience. We highly recommend Carla as your host and her Riverfront Condo in St. Augustine for your next getaway!

I had an amazing time! The Condo was fully furnished with a fully stocked kitchen 💕 the views were stunning and the pool was relaxing. Perfect location.

Thank you Marty, it was perfect. The view was amazing. The condo was great for us. We visited the Washington Oaks State Park just down the road. We had lunch at Captains BBQ just south of Marineland on A1A. Tony's Pizza is right across the street from the condo. The beach was access and the beach was super. If you are looking for a beach vacation, this is a great pick. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be looking to coming back in the future. The swimming pool was perfectly maintained and everyone that was using it looked like they were having great time. Perfect for young and older people, like I said, this was the perfect spot for us. Rental was very clean. Had plenty of extras like towels, high quality beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. that made for a great stay. Location was away from overly commercial area which made it quiet and beach entrance was right across the street. Commute to downtown St Augustine was easy.

We have stayed in Chris' condo for 4 years..enjoyed very stay . condo is equipped with everything you could need or want ...always clean and filled with owner pride...view from balcony is second to none..over these years we have noticed the entire complex has been well maintained..close to St Augustine historic area..they fire the cannons on weekends!..and outlet mall...enjoy eating at seafood kitchen..get the seafood platter for 2! ..good communication and Chris is always quick to respond..thanks Chris for letting us stay in your condo ..or your little piece or paradise...

This place was wonderful. It is on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators, so we did have to carry all of our luggage up the stairs. Besides that, it is a straight 15 minute drive to historic St. Augustine. Beach access is also located on the property. The televisions are great and the property has fast internet. We would definitely stay here again.
