We had an amazing experience staying at Matthew’s ’s place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, including the fully stocked kitchen. The location was ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Check-in was seamless and communication with Matthew was excellent. He was incredibly friendly and responsive. We didn’t want to leave and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our trip so special!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Property is clean and well maintained. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we will book at this location again! Property was just as described, with easy access to the beach and overall a very comfortable place to stay with our adult children and grandchild. The "beach supplies" that are available were just what we needed to have a good time at the beach without packing/purchasing all the needed things! The back yard with a large hot tub, patio and firepit area was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Host Seth was awesome and very responsive!

Wonderful riverside retreat! Beautiful, peaceful, serene, quiet setting. The house is lovely, the details well thought-out. Sparkling clean, spacious, comfortable and clutter-free. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Quaint, quiet and cozy location. Close to St. Augustine and all it has to offer. The front porch with the water view was our favorite place to gather. Highly recommend.

This was a great little spot for our family vacation over a long weekend. We have two children who loved fishing off the dock, playing in the sand and playing with the air hockey table. The outside shower was super helpful after playing outside and a morning at the beach. The area was peaceful and quiet. We took an uber ride to downtown St. Augustine for tourist attractions. It was also a quick drive to Butler Beach, Marineland and the Alligator Farm. There was a local restaurant down the street where we ate lunch. The house was stocked with everything you may need whether it be kitchen supplies or for outside activities. The house was very clean and the decor was welcoming. We highly recommend this for a quiet getaway.

Beautiful uncomfortable location. Right on the river. The price was exactly as prescribed. Very quiet and secluded. It was wonderful to rest and be relaxed without any noise and have a beautiful sunset.

I plan to go back if this place is not already booked! Have a wonderful stay! I really appreciated being able to check-in after 1 PM on my day of arrival. You will love the neighborhood that is very walkable with beautiful lakes along your way.

We had an incredible experience at this delightful getaway. The amenities were excellent making our stay comfortable and convenient. Everything from the cozy rooms to the relaxing atmosphere was just perfect!

We absolutely loved this place. The pics looked just like the place. The patio was amazing. The pool was very nice. We did have a little trouble getting to the place but Tami was very responsive and helped us out. We also couldn't figure out where the tennis/pickle ball courts were at first. Once we found them, it was easy to get to them. We definitely would stay here again. All the walking trails were amazing.

Valery demonstrated her hospitality from the very moment of my booking. With details from the check in to check out, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable and fully equipped for our stay with our two kids. Would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Aug!

Loved our stay! Check in was easy—the photos to find which lock box was hers was so helpful! Also the full sized fridge was a bonus! The place was clean, the bed was comfy, there were plenty of towels and Marilyn was responsive to questions we had!

We can't say enough wonderful things about this stay. It's a beautiful enclave of Airbnb a main house where are the hosts live and three gorgeous unique rental dwellings. We stayed in the carriage house and the front porch was so beautiful to sit out in the sun. The tennis courts were a blast! Feeding the fish was a magical experience. And I even was able to pick a clementine from the backyard! Our hosts were so helpful, accommodating & friendly and even let their new young puppy have some playtime with our young dog! The house is so cozy with candles and beautiful sunsets. The bed is a crazy comfortable! The property felt so safe and secure being gated. If you are really tall like us the shower is a bit tough in this house but they have a couple other houses on the property for rent. Also, the pool would be mostly for children because it was quite cool and rustic. Thank you Alli & Russell for our absolute favorite Airbnb stay in Florida! We hope to come back!

Lovely place. Everything was nice even the pots and pans, toilet paper and paper towels. Not your usual AirBnB. Beds were excellent and the furniture inside and out was nice and comfortable. Easy 20 min walk to St. George St. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We had a great stay!

This was mine and my husband’s first time staying in Florida and hands down loved this little home. Missy was amazing. The house was so cute! Was nice and quiet and wasn’t too bad of a drive from the places we wanted to visit.

Maria's home is located on a canal that connects to the Tomoka River, and the kayak adventures are not to be missed! We enjoyed the wonderful Florida wildlife a short paddle away (manatees, gators, so many birds!). For the less adventurous, the backyard is perfect for relaxing in the sun and outdoor dining, very private with lots of comfy seating. The house inside was very clean and well stocked, with great restaurants and shopping at nearbyTrails Shopping Center. Maria was very responsive to any questions we had, and our two-week stay at her place was the perfect "snowbird escape" for us!

I booked this incredible gem for my 31st birthday with my girlfriend . Being 420 friendly sold me, but what solidified my booking was the fact that they offer holistic services. Finding a place that is SO welcoming to all ppl , my gf & I felt safe & right at home. I’m an energy worker myself, and the high vibration of positive energy this place radiates can calm even the most chaotic mind. We had the pleasure of booking a private chef dinner for two for my birthday by Christina and it was SO delicious! My honey and I barely spoke at dinner bc the food was so good it’s all we could focus on. 😂 & normally we are quite the talkers. We also enjoyed some mediations with Kennedy and he is a very knowledgeable, kind, and healing individual. One conversation with either Kennedy or Christina, you’ll see why people feel like family during their stay. ❤️ we made new friends with the other couple who was in another yurt, our cabin was clean and spacious, and the art center was so much fun. 10/

Beautiful cottage very tastefully decorated very nice bathrooms , The bedrooms had plenty of space and comfy beds it’s in stunning grounds and so peaceful, we didn’t use the pool or basket ball court as we were only there on a short stay but we did feed the fish and turtle at the lake which was so nice to do. There’s a restaurant 5 min drive away which we enjoyed on our last night the beaches and historical down town took 20/30 min by car we also got to the outlets for shopping in the same amount of time so it’s in a great location. Ali and Russ were great hosts and very accommodating they are quick to respond and so helpful. I would definitely recommend this accommodation you won’t be disappointed.
