Apartment vacation rentals in Anastasia Island

This was the perfect place for our quick weekend getaway. The rooftop deck was awesome for the sunrises and sunsets. A quick walk to the beach but close enough to grab something if you need it. Lots of places close by where you can walk to eat.

Gerard's place was clean, comfortable and for us, very convenient walking distance to Fort Mose where we were attending the Jazz & Blues festival. We will stay here again if we are in the area!

Apartment was everything that you need with a comfortable bed with great shower. Only around 15 to 20 Minutes Drive to Downtown Historic St. Augustine. Many Restaurants and gas station near by. We stay for only couple of nights but we would come back to stay if we come back in area. Host was very responsive.

Place was cozy, crescent beach was a short walk. Across the main road but there is a cross-walk. The beach sand was nicer than st-Augustine and less packed. Great location to walk over and watch the sunrise. 904 fusion is a nice little local restaurant with live music and we walked so we could enjoy a few drinks. St-Augustine is a 10-min drive and Daytona Beach is about an hour South - very scenic drive along the coast

The rental was perfect for my family of 5. It was pet friendly which was why we looked at it originally but decided to leave the pup home. Room enough to sleep 2 adults and 1 child, 1 tween and 1 teenager. Internet worked well. Loved having a washer and dryer! We were able to check in a couple hours earlier which was awesome! Carley was very responsive and a great host!

I had a very nice stay. The condo was as pictured. I love that there is a full kitchen and a guest bathroom. Underground parking is included and I felt safe during my stay. There were no issues with noise. The WiFi worked great for those that may need to work. The host communicated great and I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect. Just back enough that street sounds were muffled and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Though we did take a short uber to the Ice Plant Bar due to rain😉 We enjoyed laying in bed with the terrace doors open listening to the birds and church bells wake the historic downtown.

I highly recommend staying here. It’s such a great location and is walkable to everything you want to see in St Augustine! The space is also great and there’s a balcony that is nice to sit and be surrounded by beautiful plants. I definitely want to come back!

We loved the location of this place! Far enough from the traffic and hustle of downtown, but only a 10 minute drive or uber. We loved how close it was to the beach and even used the bikes to ride up to the lighthouse. Would recommend!

Another wonderful stay at one of Brenda’s places. Clean and in a great location for walking to town.

we just spent a wonderful 3 days at this airbnb and would not hesitate to come back or recommend to others. The place was oozing with charm and thoughtful touches throughout. The welcome snacks, complimentary coffee, make up wash clothes and beach chairs were JUST A FEW things that made our stay more comfortable and feeling like we were at home. The beach was just a short walk away and the restaurant recommendations were fabulous. infact, we went to Caps twice!

We loved our stay, the place was clean and comfy. We loved the location, convenient and a great view. It was super close to Flagler beach and surrounded by anything that you need. I would book again!

The place was as noted in the description right next to a busy road and below other units on an upper floor. We didn’t find the noise from the road a problem but did find the noise from the upstairs occupants woke us up each night. That being said each of these things were made clear prior to booking and we felt like the price of the stay was worth it. The host was great and even let us borrow some very nice beach chairs during our stay. It took about 10-15 minutes to drive to historic downtown St. Augustine but was just a few minutes walk to the beach!

Beautiful place in a convenient location. Loved the pool area and dock to the intercostal waterway where we even saw dolphins!

We just stayed at Emmily's this past weekend, so early April 2025. If you are lucky enough to be able to book her place. Grab it. We were visiting from the NE and it was everything she described and more. Can't say enough.

As expected- consistent with the post. Only issue was the beach code provided had expired, so it was an adventure getting back on the property. Other than that, the condo was as described. The entire property is older but the unit was updated. Would recommend for convenience and affordable larger space.

Absolutely a five star rental . We will return. Do keep in mind that this is a gated community and guests must have a pass to enter. Brianna was on top of allowing us to have visits from our family .

Edward and Glenna's place was our home away from home for 3 nights and it wasn't enough! My husband and I welcomed the feeling of calm going upstairs after busy hot days of sightseeing. For the energetic, the house is within walking distance to the town center or you could use the bikes provided. We treated ourselves to dinner at one of their recommended restaurants, Cap's On The Water, and, despite the almost hour wait for an outside table, was more than worth it for the wonderful food and picturesque sunset. I highly recommend booking Edward and Glenna's place when in St. Augustine. 👍💯

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

Beautiful location and unit had everything you need. Very secure - gated community and within the community you need a key fob to access the elevators to the unit. Lots of places outdoors to walk and enjoy. Well maintained.

We were so pleased! Can’t say enough about how lovely the home is. Comfortable beds. Clean. The hot tub was ready for use! Well lit. Feels safe. Had everything we needed.

Paulo’s was a great place to stay. The condo was well furnished and very spacious. Felt like home. Kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Everything seemed new. One of the best things about the kitchen was that it did not just have 4 settings - it had at least 8 so you did not have to do dishes daily. Bedding was very comfortable. Bathroom again was stocked with a lot of towels and all amenities you need. We come to the area often and hope Paulo’s place will be a available. We stayed for a week.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.
