In the middle of the nature of the eastern Elbe Valley you will find peace and relaxation. On the terraces and the large courtyard, you can enjoy the sun or sit around the campfire in large groups. Direct neighbor is a family-run inn where you can stop for breakfast, lunch or dinner. My holiday home in Wendland

This old barn has been transformed into an architectural experience through modern expansion. Over 250 square meters, two living areas, three enclosed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub. From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our first apartment is located in the front half of the former cowshed. On the ground floor there is a charming kitchen island, the dining and living area as well as the bathroom. The double bed in the upper sleeping area is supplemented by a single bed; in addition, there is a comfortable sofa bed for two (a total of 5 sleeping places). Our second listing, the Eulennest, is located right next door and can be booked in addition. In that case, there is space for up to 8 people.

In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Lüneburg with its historic old town is about 30 minutes away by car, Hamburg about 45 minutes. The house has direct views and access to the lake. Peace and relaxation are guaranteed as well as unforgettable nature experiences. We generate electricity and hot water with a photovoltaic system in heating with renewable raw materials.

The apartment is fantastically located between a large organic orchard meadow and an 18-hole golf course. The garden and meadow offer you plenty of opportunities to relax and enjoy nature. The apartment is quietly located with wonderful views of the countryside on a 1 hectare garden property. Bicycles can be rented, there is a barbecue and a private bar counter in the huge barn. Suitable for families as well as for cycling or motorbike excursions, for hunting trips, for hiking or just to enjoy undisturbed weekends in the evening sun in a lovingly restored Lower Saxon hall farmhouse with a "Göpel" (breakfast room).
