The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

In the entrance area, stable and hiking shoes as well as jackets can be left right at the coat rack. On the 1st upper floor is the cozy new 1-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette.

The small apartment of about 50 square meters has a separate entrance and is located on the first floor. There is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (easy to move as needed), 1 living room with a pull-out sofa bed, 1 entrance area with dining table and bookcase, kitchen and bathroom.
