Between fields, meadows and forests lies the village of 2,500 inhabitants at 1,000 meters directly on the Patscherkofel, with magnificent mountain panorama and views of the Inn Valley. Innsbruck is only 20 minutes away and in 30 minutes you are at the Brenner. The icing on the cake is the special charm of the apartment, which was renovated in 2023: The Alte Schmiede dates back to 1666!

The apartment (one of 4 apartments in the house) faces west. On the 2nd floor: washing machine. The train station is a 7-minute walk away. There is no TV. Tourist tax per night per person: €1. Increase from May 1, 2025 to €2.60. Great deals with the guest card. Short-term parking zone subject to charge from March 3, 2025

The most relaxing and perfect spot for a getaway! Monika was the most kind and gracious host, from a cocktail on arrival to sending us a South Tyrol guest pass for free public transport plus more. She was always available by message, and made the stay perfect. The house was just incredible. Absolutely spotlessly clean with everything you need for a stay from dishwasher tablets to extra towels etc. The views were great, we sat on the balcony almost every day, just so peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the jam & juice that Monika had made and gave us on arrival too, and loved watching the farmers that surround the property working - it really added to the experience! Thank you Monika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone to stay here, it is phenomenal!!

An absolute insider tip! Peter's idyllic farmhouse was exactly what we were hoping for – maybe even better. Surrounded by nature, lovingly maintained and with a unique charm, the farm was the perfect retreat to unwind and feel good. Peter, the landlord, was the icing on the cake of our stay: courteous, likeable and simply a modern, smart guy who immediately conveyed the feeling of real hospitality with his authentic manner. You can tell that he is there with heart and mind. If you want to experience country life in its most beautiful form, this is the place to be. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!

We spent four wonderful days at Stephanie's accommodation in Innsbruck and can fully recommend it. Even in advance, the contact with Stephanie was super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated – she responded quickly to messages and gave valuable tips for our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovingly decorated and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal: quiet, yet central. You can reach the old town, great cafes and hiking trails in no time – perfect for those who want to explore Innsbruck or enjoy nature. Stephanie was a fantastic host – warm, respectful and always available if you had a question. You can tell that she really cares about the well-being of her guests. Thank you so much for the wonderful time!!

Wonderful place, with beautiful surroundings, peaceful area and a little nice town. The host was very friendly happy to help when we needed it. The place was super clean and has everything for cooking your own meals. Really recommend it.

I had a great time at Marga’s place. It’s was a clean and cozy place. It was great to use this small place outside. In summer the room stay quite long pretty cool. The bed was also very comfy. Marga is a very nice and caring person. I always felt welcome. Thank you for for your hospitality. The parking situation in Innsbruck is quite challenging. There are parking spots around …but limited in time and expensive. Park&Ride was my solution. Inform yourself before - coming without car might be the best option. In Innsbruck everything can be reached by public transportation pretty easy …
