Nice Apartment with garden and fire place

Fully equipped flat. Kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. A living room with TV incl. DVD player and pull-out sofa is available. In addition, there are 2 desks in the living room, which can be used as a workplace. A monitor with HDMI connection is also available. In the bedroom there is a large double bed (1.80x2m) incl. bed linen with wardrobe and clothes rail. Shutters for complete darkening are available. Daylight bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towels. A big plus is the large garden incl. campfire place for free use. Wood is available next to it! So nothing stands in the way of an evening campfire with the children with bread on sticks and sausages. In summer, a paddling pool can also be set up. A barbecue and large dining table with 6 chairs are also available in the outdoor area. Most of the time, the table is protected in the wooden hut, but of course it can be brought out if it is not ready in the garden. A private parking space is available directly at the entrance to the property (see pictures). There is also free parking along the road. Newly renovated country-style apartment near Playmobil Funpark (9 min.) and Cadolzburg Castle. By car, it is only 30 minutes to the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed and one with a bunk bed, which is converted into two beds with high-quality mattresses if necessary. In addition, we also have a crib for families on request. There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. There is also a well-equipped kitchen for self-catering

Subway station only 50 meters away, perfect to explore Nuremberg.

Dreamy Tiny House Handrösschen

The tiny house overlooking the horse paddock is on our historic farm at the gates of Nuremberg. It has a small kitchen with a 2-burner induction hob, a refrigerator, air conditioning, a small bathroom with a shower and a Trobolo separate toilet (ingenious, no unpleasant odors). The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is accessible via a ladder, and the cozy sofa and fireplace complete the living area. Only outdoor dishwasher/shampoo allowed. Fireplace and fireplace by arrangement.
