Vacation rentals with a hot tub in American River

We had the best memorial weekend at this amazing Granite Bay house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked, and the primary suite was epic. It was so nice to be close to Folsom Lake and the American River. We are thinking about making it an annual trip! Thank you to our hosts for all your help during our stay.

Fantastic home and styled wonderful! We absolutely loved the music around the house. Extremely clean and looks just like the pictures. Very responsive host and highly recommended!!!

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

My stay at this Airbnb was absolutely wonderful! The property itself is charming, clean, and well maintained, but what truly stood out was the stunning backyard. It's like a little oasis—a perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or unwind after your day. The greenery and landscaping were beautifully done, creating a serene and private space. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

This was the perfect home away from home for a work trip recently. The beautiful backyard was an amazing restful sanctuary to revitalize at the end of the day, with beautiful bird and creek sounds. Lovely and accessible with big rooms and a nice spacious kitchen.

Incredibly comfortable beds, more than enough space and Lucy as a host was very gracious and responsive. Would stay again when in the area.

Would overall give a 4.5. House is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood, not far from downtown. Showers are good and beds are comfy. Taking down half star because it's a bit sparsely furnished: it has beds for 12, but dining table for 8, living room for 8, outside deck with seating for 6... Even our group of 9 required someone to be always be carrying 1 of the 2 bar stools if we wanted to sit together (made for an uncomfortable meal...). Not sure how 12 would eat there. Other than that, all was great, the host was flexible, the kitchen well equipped and everything was super clean.

Looks exactly as pictured and Steve was always nearby if we needed help figuring anything out with the house. It is a very large home with a beautiful view. Used the hot tub and pellet stove almost every night. It was the perfect escape for the holidays with our family. Enough space that family could rest while sharing the home with an infant.

Our stay in Nicolaus (Near Sacramento) was absolutely wonderful! The home was immaculate, stylish, and perfectly set up for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the gorgeous river view and open floor plan, it was so peaceful to wake up to and even better to enjoy in the evenings. The location was perfect: tucked away enough to feel like a true retreat. Mariah was an amazing host, super responsive, thoughtful, and made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. If you’re visiting Sacramento and want a comfortable, beautiful place with a breathtaking view, this is it! We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone. *P.S. the pool and spa were highly rated by the kids.

Best part was the kitchen was huge. Helped us with cooking next to each other but overall great place hopefully to come out during the summer, but definitely will book for next Christmas.
