Vacation rentals with lake access in American River

Great place to stay with a group in Fair Oaks. The living room and backyard were beautiful with generous seating for all guests.

Thank you very much to Slav as the Airbnb was just as listed, easy to check in. No problems at all with this Airbnb as I will come for my next getaway. Very easy to maneuver around the area as the event was nearby, and not to mention bomb ass street tacos down the road for the taco lovers. Our second stay at Alley House, and already looking forward to returning. We celebrated our daughter’s college graduation during the stay. It was the ideal location and provided a home-like feel for a special family gathering. We really love the outdoor space and were visited by the local peacocks one afternoon.

Great little spot. Clean, quiet neighborhood, great proximity to downtown Folsom. Having the washer and dryer was super nice! Meghan was great and appropriately communicative. Would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a fantastic time during our stay. The weather was perfect to enjoy the mornings outside for breakfast, jump in the pool when it heats up, and hop in the hot tub when it cools off a bit again at night. We had 11 stay here for our joint bachelor/bachelorette party and the sleeping accommodations worked well. We found the beds to be very comfortable and all the bathrooms were clean and well equipped. The theme for our weekend was summer camp and we played games throughout the weekend which was part of the reason why I chose this spot. The garage with the game setups were fantastic, and having the projector was awesome since we played a game of jeopardy. The outdoor grill was also perfect for burgers and hot dogs, something I enjoyed cooking more than I thought! We would definitely love to come back here. It has set a high bar for a trip like this.

Amazing cozy home with a beautiful deck and view of the river, definitely looking forward to booking again! Madison was super responsive with any questions and concerns I had. The only con was that there was no propane tank in the outdoor fire place and the out door heater had an empty propane tank so we couldn’t use either. Aside from that 10/10 definitely would recommend

What a lovely home and so well appointed. Michelle was super attentive and proactive. The home was quiet and the back area was a wonderful retreat. The amenities provided were first rate. We loved staying there and would stay again.

The Nihao home was perfect for our event held at Discovery Park (NorCal CrossFit Classic). It was a quick 7 minute drive. There is a beautiful development called The Rivers, right beside this home that was perfect and safe for walking and running. The home was clean and uncluttered. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with the right amount of kitchen utensils, pans, glassware, etc. Again, the kitchen was uncluttered, pristine clean and we felt great about using it. It was a nice perk to have Netflix and some other TV options connected and available. The washer and dryer was an additional plus. We were totally happy with our choice of Nihao Home.

The spot is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and tastefully furnished. Do bring so close to the heart of town, it is also peaceful and fairly quiet. A great location. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and we loved our stay.

Best location to at the lake. The place was very spacious. When renting the middle unit…believe David when he tells you there is only one parking space, and know it will take some practice to get used to the driveway. It’s worth waking up to the view of the lake. David was very responsive. I would definitely go back and recommend to others.

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.

Loved staying here! So much so I have been twice now. Beautiful views of the lake and a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Loved staying here and highly recommend!

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

Skyler’s place was amazing, my experience here is better than renting a hotel room at some hotel! Definitely booking again when I come back to Sacramento to visit again.
