Private suite vacation rentals in American River

Had to make a last minute trip to CA. this was my second time staying at Sergueis! both times it has been clean and comfortable! And is close to everything! definitely worth the stay!

We loved this cute spot. It has the most beautiful yard to enjoy as well. We will definitely be back.

Quiet, safe neighborhood. Impeccably clean. Comfy mattress, nice sheets, big shower. Everything works. From a choice of coffee capsules to bedside usb phone chargers, the hosts have thought of just about everything a guest could ask for. Highly recommend, would happily stay here again.

Every bit as nice as my first stay at this location (2023). Very welcoming and well-kept. In fact , the fence and entry gate had just been painted prior to our arrival. They've taken care of all the little details, with a bottle of water and packages of snacks available and even a selection of cables for charging phones. I just hope it's available, again, the next time we visit!

Wonderful hosts and beautiful private property

Omgosh this place is so cute. I came in town to visit family by myself and I felt very safe. I used the pool everyday. I will for sure be back. Very nice and helpful host.

Such a great, comfy little place! I couldn't decide whether I liked the pirate bedroom or the loft bedroom better. And it's close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping, and centrally located for easy access to the entire Sacramento area. Definitely recommend!

Stay here. I booked Colleen's place for an extended stay (almost 6 weeks) and it was perfect. Cozy (but not too small!), private, clean, well-supplied, well- and thoughtfully-appointed, lots of sunshine, quiet street, conveniently located. And then there's the patio. Cute, comfortable, just enough sunshine, great place for morning coffee, a good book and great conversation. Colleen was easy to communicate with and always responsive. I highly recommend staying at Colleen's place.

Cybil was very responsive and kind, she even greeted me and walked me through the very easy check-in because I was too drained from travel to process. The space was clean and felt safe. The bed was comfy and the space had everything I needed!

It’s the kind of place you want to keep secret! We loved it and will certainly stay again. The only note (not worth taking away stars): The bed is SMALL. I think it’s a full size bed.

Well curated studio with amazing natural light. Five minutes from UC Davis and close to Trader Joe’s and Safeway. We loved the coffee station and used it each morning. My husband and I worked remotely and had no problems with the wifi. Amanda responded promptly to our questions and was quick to let us know we left an item behind so could pick it up before we left town. Highly recommend space.

Perfect location in a safe neighborhood near everything we needed. A comfortable and cute place with a nice little kitchenette to warm your take out and fix a cup of coffee. Good for a weekend with easy parking and shopping nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay. My accommodations were immaculate and very welcoming. This is a private guest space with a generous private, covered, patio. Everything about this home was calming, peaceful and serene. The interior and design is very nice and the fixtures, furniture and amenities were very fine and well made. I felt welcome here to make my work, relax and unwind. I am very thankful to be accepted into this space and home where I could decompress from my travels and be myself. The neighbors were friendly and it felt like a real nice community. There is a local park nearby where I could hand-wash my car and practice physical activity. I am lucky to have been able to stay at places like Kristine’s where it feels like a sanctuary from the transactional detachment of hotels. Thank You.

Aric's place was a great home away from home. The place was clean and comfortable and we didn't need for anything. The hosts were very responsive and offered local places is interest to check out in town. The suite felt private and quiet even with the host's extended family in town. Hearted for future visits to town!

Excellent stay! Lots of thoughtful extras, easy to follow check in instructions were especially helpful as we got in very late the first night. Super clean, quiet, comfortable amenities and friendly, responsive hosts. Highly recommend and will stay again when we are in the area.

The casita was beautiful, right off the cover of Better Homes and Gardens Magazine. Liz took excellent care of my wife while she was visiting her recently widowed brother. Liz provided extra touches of kindness like a sympathy card and additional treats. She is a caring hostess. This was one of our best experiences with AirBnB.

We rented the whole house next door so please refer to our review on there. We rented the house for almost 6 weeks and this 1 bed for a week in parallel. Both are absolutely perfect, I would say among the top airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. If you get the opportunity, definitely pick them as your stays in Folsom. Karyn’s place was a slice of heaven with a patio overlooking a beautifully manicured hillside. We even had a deer walk by while we were looking out of the patio door. You can tell that a lot of thought went into the interior decor as well. The washer and dryer was a plus, as we were there after other travel. Extremely quiet and very clean! The kitchen was very well stocked with pretty much anything you would need. Karyn was very friendly and responsive. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in Auburn!

This place is absolutely lovely! My parents visited and stayed for a week, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and easy to navigate by car. The studio is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, private, and comfortable, with its own entrance. Luis was warm and welcoming but also respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. I’d love to stay here again in the future!
