"The Apartment" was fantastic for our month stay while our house was having work done. We loved that we could walk to many restaurants and had easy access to highway 80. The place felt much larger in person than it looked from the photos. Heating worked very well and the entire place was very cozy, and stocked well with things like tea and coffee, toilet paper, etc. Negatives as has been stated in other reviews, is that it upstairs on a busy road and can be quite loud at times, especially on the weekends and during trash pick-up and food deliveries for the restaurants across the street. This was not too big a deal for us and the location made those offsets not worth quibbling over. Only other small issue is the parking as there is no designated spot, but for most with stays of just a few nights, this wouldn't be an issue. I would not hesitate to recommending booking this place for your next stay in Auburn. Fantastic location, with a lot of space, and nice amenities.

CC's place was perfect for my stay in April. It had everything I needed, super clean, small, cosy and convenient. I enjoyed listening to the birds through the screen door. It is walkable to a lovely riverside trail that was glorious for unwinding after travel or for some fresh air. Johnson Ranch sports complex is only an 8 min drive in you have time for a workout or a swim - or better yet a hot tub soak. CC was a super host - responsive and there if needed. Highly recommended!

Great apartment at a very good price. Convenient for getting around downtown Sacramento. The unit was clean, Denver was responsive to a question I had, and overall everything was just very easy.

The home was perfect, it was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our home away from home. We enjoyed all the amenities of the home--pool, hot tub, tvs, arcade, putting green, fire pit, games, sitting areas, keurig, room to spread out. The home was very clean and all the appliances were in working order. Decor of the home was so bright and cheerful. Clear instructions were provided days before checking in to when we had to check out. The neighborhood was quiet and a short distance away from all the things we wanted to do in Sacramento. Now the host, wow, Rashad was above and beyond an exceptional host, very responsive and helpful for any questions or help we needed. I highly recommend him and this home, and will absolutely love to return in a future visit. Thank you Rashad, this was a truly wonderful stay.

Excellent clean and spacious property in a quiet residential location. Enjoyed watching the Soccer and Rugby on the big screen. Also really enjoyed seeing the Wild Turkeys roaming at the end of the street in the mornings!

Had a wonderful stay. Home was well equipped with your needs. Communication was excellent with host. Neighborhood was quiet. Will definitely rebook when I return to Sacramento.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable. Close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. The little creature comforts and cozy linens made it feel like home. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Sacramento!

Nicole’s place was great. Very clean and her place is in a nice area of Roseville. It felt safe and was close to lots of restaurants. We will definitely book her place again. We enjoyed our stay. Nicole was very accommodating to us. Every thing was great.
