Vacation rentals with a patio in Ambroz Valley

For our first Airbnb experience Casa Rurales managed by Paula was above and beyond what we would have imagined. Barco de Avila is a small, quaint town with the magic of its castle, river, and better yet, its people. Everyone seems to know everyone. As visitors, even with instructions, we got a little lost. We were helped by very nice locals & Paula welcomed us from the street. On the outside, Casa Rurales has a mixture of rustic with modern. Inside, while modern, it is homey, cozy, and spacious. As it was cool during our visit, Paula had a fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. She gave us a tour of the kitchen (fully stocked with everything to cook with, eat on, eat with), the interior yard (table, chairs, grill), and three rooms, each with their own bathroom. Paula also left us a list of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately, we were staying very little time. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully with more time. If available, we will stay here again in the future.

It's in a beautiful area, the exit from the living room to the street is great and it's a very nice walk. Very well located and they are super attentive. Anything you need is there.

Patricia and Oscar were great hosts, very accommodating, helpful and friendly. We had a great star at their place, which was sparkling clean and beautiful. Definitely, we’ll come back.

A perfect place to totally disconnect, with very good views, everything matches what is shown in the photos and description. The owners are very friendly and helpful when answering. 100% recommended.

Charming and cozy apartment. Clean and organized. Located in downtown Cabezabellosa, a very nice town located in the middle of the mountains with a spectacular viewpoint. We would go back again. Natalia is always very attentive. Ideal for hiking and walking among the cherry trees.

The welcome from Elena and her family was very warm and marked by great availability. The apartment's location is perfect: a children's park is right next door, as well as typical shops and restaurants. We especially appreciated the El Riviera restaurant, located across from the park. The apartment itself is very spacious, very clean and well equipped (TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker...). Thank you for this unforgettable experience and for the attention to detail that made our stay even more pleasant. We highly recommend this place!

We spent a few days discovering the Jerte Valley in Esther's apartment. It is modern and renovated with excellent views as it appears in the description and photographs. We miss a little more utensils and cutlery in the kitchen for a family of 4. We targeted some flaws in the lighting and cleaning supplies that the host was able to properly address during our stay. Otherwise, we felt right at home. I recommend it to stay at the Jerte Valley.

The very large apartment was very close to the centre of town, with a parking garage just next to it which was a good size and easy to navigate. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished, seemed even larger than the photos suggested. Even though in the centre of town, it was very peaceful once inside and we were not disturbed by any noise. For work reasons, Ana was unable to meet us at check in, but provided very clear instructions where to pick up keys, and how to access the parking garage and apartment. Similarly how to check out. All worked perfectly. She was extremely responsive to any questions. Lovely stay in this historic apartment. Would love to have a return visit one day.

Hector has a wonderful place! We have visited friends around and this home was ideal for our family - 2 adults and our 2 kids 4 and 7 years old. We will definitely highly recommend!

It was great staying there. Great location. Very sweet town. I was there with 2 little girls, and there is a very nice garden for children 10 minutes away. Nice restaurants. and also easy communication with the owner. Unfortunately, the oven stopped working while I was cooking. The owner came and responded quickly; the issue wasn't resolved. But what to do? Things happened. Overall. We enjoyed it very much.

Family weekend. A total of 15 people. It's not easy to find accommodations with 7/8 rooms, all with their own bathroom. Super spacious living/dining room, where there were no problems for all of us to sit at lunchtime, when watching TV, or playing any game. The outdoor living room and the pools also give you a lot of play when it comes to entertaining the kids. The kitchen is a bit small to cook for so many people, but it has everything you need and is in good condition. The stay was short, and we didn't get to enjoy the area, excursions, landscapes and so on, but that gives us an excuse to come back.

We had a great time at Enrique's house. It is just as it looks in the photos, even better since it seemed in person to us more spacious. It had everything, towels, sheets, blankets in case it refreshed, and the kitchen was very well equipped, with utensils and small appliances of all kinds. The pool was very clean and despite the fact that it is no longer in the middle of summer we could enjoy it, we were also able to use the basketball court, which we expected to have a ball and we thanked for the good times we had there :) In addition, the communication with Enrique was very fluid, she answered all our doubts (which were not few). The village is small and quiet, and the house is right on the outskirts, about 5 minutes from the village shop. Also there is space in the estate to spare to park inside, we were in 3 cars but would have accommodated others so many without a problem. In short, it's a 10/10, thank you for everything!

We spent three days at Cuca's house, we had a great time, everything was clean, the house was warm when we arrived, Toñi was super friendly and they were there for whatever you need, the sofa bed was very comfortable, it's like a good bed, we'll stay here again if we come back for sure, thank you!!

The house is great, very spacious rooms, it was a splendid day and we took advantage of the porch, the patio. Both the kitchen and the bathroom had everything. We will be back!!!

The experience was wonderful. The house is very equipped, in detail, and the attention of our impeccable host. Maria has been attentive throughout the weekend for the stay to be 10! The house is big and beautiful and its winery is a gem 🍇 We would definitely recommend this place to any family who want to spend a few quiet and relaxed days.

A great place to stay and only a short drive from the incredible Monfragüe National Park. I will definitely stay again.

Pedro and Maite were very kind, they helped us a lot in making recommendations from the area. The house was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. At the end of our stay, Pedro showed us his toy museum, which was very interesting to see, especially for his pleasant explanations.

We found Alba on site to wait for us with a big smile, she helped me pack a very heavy suitcase, very nice, her adorable child, the place matches the photos, very clean apartment. Very quiet and peaceful place. I didn't really enjoy the village because I only stayed one day. If you like hiking, this is the perfect place, as villagers love to hike Next time 😊👌 And thank you again Alba

The house is great, very good shower and bed... Also super close to mountain routes. The village is beautiful, the river, the callecitas con flores... Communication with Carlos is perfect.
