Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ambroz Valley

The stay has been great. The place, like all of Las Hurdes, is a fantastic place. The house is very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable and absolute silence to rest. If the occasion arises, we'll be back for sure.

The treatment was exceptional. They helped us a lot to get to know the area and recommended the best places to visit. On the other hand, the house has everything you need, and it's very comfortable and beautiful. It was a very pleasant stay, to repeat!!

Paloma is wonderful and very kind host. Extremely helpful from the very moment we met her for check in, until the end when we checked out. The accommodation was very safe, clean and organized and met our expectations. Very nice place for getting away from city life and just relaxing on the property. Also, the surrounding areas in Candeleda are beautiful with a lot of mountainous to explore while hiking and walking around, along the river, as well as surrounding areas. We had a wonderful time in the area and at Paloma's place. Highly recommend. Massood

Spectacular house, super clean and well-kept, it is very nice and comfortable, to be repeated a thousand times, beautiful patio. Alberto was super attentive from the reservation until we left, thank you for making our stay so great, we'll be back soon.

Quiet location, with a garden area with every detail to be relaxed. Irene took great care of us, left us a delicious detail for breakfast and the recommendations she gave us, about what to see in the area were perfect.

Esther's property is extremely welcoming and cute. It felt like arriving in our holiday home away from home. Extremely tidy, super equipped (kitchen with olive oil, herbal tea, salt, spices etc etc) and a nice environment to spend time in. We decided to travel to Candeleda to switch off from the business of the city life and this house was the perfect place to stay. There is not much in the surroundings but the pueblo is really cute and there are many trekking options around to do during the day.

The stay has been as expected, the location is great for sightseeing in the North of Extremadura, the house is perfect to go with family as we have gone, with my brothers, nephews and parents. We have had a wonderful time and Angela has been very attentive to us. Would recommend 100%

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home. The house is full of charm and character, both inside and out, and you can tell a lot of care has gone into creating such a welcoming space. Waking up each morning to greet the chickens and enjoy fresh eggs in the well-equipped kitchen was such a treat. The views are truly breathtaking—especially when the clouds clear and the snow-capped mountains come into view. The pool was a real highlight and perfect for a refreshing dip on sunny days. We also loved discovering the local area, with delicious meals at the golf club and Casa Pepe in the village. Thank you for a memorable experience—we’d return in a heartbeat!

For our first Airbnb experience Casa Rurales managed by Paula was above and beyond what we would have imagined. Barco de Avila is a small, quaint town with the magic of its castle, river, and better yet, its people. Everyone seems to know everyone. As visitors, even with instructions, we got a little lost. We were helped by very nice locals & Paula welcomed us from the street. On the outside, Casa Rurales has a mixture of rustic with modern. Inside, while modern, it is homey, cozy, and spacious. As it was cool during our visit, Paula had a fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. She gave us a tour of the kitchen (fully stocked with everything to cook with, eat on, eat with), the interior yard (table, chairs, grill), and three rooms, each with their own bathroom. Paula also left us a list of places to visit and eat. Unfortunately, we were staying very little time. We look forward to our next visit, hopefully with more time. If available, we will stay here again in the future.

a wonder, the village is beautiful, the views from the house incredible, with a lot of routes and activities to do outdoors. The house is super comfortable, clean and with everything you need, but above all things, the kindness of the owner as well as her neighbors makes it a magnificent environment to escape and disconnect. Also they allow pets! we had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone! thank you so much for everything :)

The accommodation is very conveniently located and has very good views. Very cozy to spend a few days as a couple and even with your dogs. Susana is a very caring and friendly host, she provided us with a lot of useful information about the area.

Very nice house, beautiful setting. We couldn't do anything nearby because our car broke down, but we did a route that left the village and we got lost taking a walk around the village, everything was beautiful. Looking forward to returning to discover more about the area. The views are unbeatable. Not to mention Carmen and Macu, always attentive and helpful. We had a great time and were very comfortable.

Perfect accommodation. Good location for visiting the sierra de Francia.

The very large apartment was very close to the centre of town, with a parking garage just next to it which was a good size and easy to navigate. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished, seemed even larger than the photos suggested. Even though in the centre of town, it was very peaceful once inside and we were not disturbed by any noise. For work reasons, Ana was unable to meet us at check in, but provided very clear instructions where to pick up keys, and how to access the parking garage and apartment. Similarly how to check out. All worked perfectly. She was extremely responsive to any questions. Lovely stay in this historic apartment. Would love to have a return visit one day.

The house is spacious, clean and very cozy, perfect for a comfortable stay. Borja has been a very attentive host, always willing to help. As the only suggestion, maybe it would be great to have a warmer and softer lighting to make the spaces even more welcoming, but I'm sure Borja, being so attentive, will consider this improvement. Otherwise, the house is fully equipped, nothing is missing. We even found coffee and saccharin, an excellent detail!

A great place to stay and only a short drive from the incredible Monfragüe National Park. I will definitely stay again.

Everything's perfect

Pedro and Maite were very kind, they helped us a lot in making recommendations from the area. The house was very well equipped, there was nothing missing. At the end of our stay, Pedro showed us his toy museum, which was very interesting to see, especially for his pleasant explanations.

We found Alba on site to wait for us with a big smile, she helped me pack a very heavy suitcase, very nice, her adorable child, the place matches the photos, very clean apartment. Very quiet and peaceful place. I didn't really enjoy the village because I only stayed one day. If you like hiking, this is the perfect place, as villagers love to hike Next time 😊👌 And thank you again Alba
