The Villa Colmenar is a detached house with garden located in Colmenar Viejo. It is 29 km from Madrid The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Colmenar Villa also has a seasonal outdoor pool (open from 1/5 to 30/9) The Villa Colmenar is 40 km from Alcala de Henares and 43 km from Segovia. The surrounding area offers activities.

It has a XVII century cellar with ashlar arches inside the living room, which makes it the most astonish place in the house. There is also a swimming pool very close to the cottage, in a private property available for our guests in Summer season.
