Lucia's apartment more than met the advertised standards. It is a spacious, bright apartment with an unbeatable location. It is 3 steps away from the best entertainment spots, both restaurants and bars. Not noisy at all and the owner is very attentive. As a criticism, I would extend the checkout time a little. Denia is a perfect place to have a few drinks after dinner and the next day you have to get up early to check out, it's hard. However, we will repeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen and Iris’s place. It’s centrally located yet very quiet. The flat is beautifully maintained, exceptionally clean, and actually exceeded our expectations. The shower was one of the best we've ever experienced. It’s also very well equipped, including a washing machine. Just a note — don’t set your expectations too high for the balcony. The neighborhood is lovely, with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and bakeries, plus a small supermarket conveniently located just across the street. Everything is within walking distance, and there’s also a Valenbisi station nearby for easy access to the beautiful beach. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

If I go back to Valencia, I'll repeat without thinking. Olga has been a 10-star host: friendly, flexible and with smooth and super easy communication from the first moment.
