An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Very nice terrace apartment where we spent all of May. The accommodation is impeccable, modern, great location and well-equipped. It is at the foot of the beautiful San Antonio de Cullera beach and the view from the terrace is superb. Eduardo was very responsive and responded positively to our personal requirements (filter coffee maker and kettle). The bathroom is small but functional and the accommodation as a whole is perfect for 2 people. Great value for money, although a little expensive compared to local agencies because despite the very nice renovation, the apartment remains noisy (60s-70s building). We have been loyal to Cullera for 25 years and this is the first time in such a beautiful apartment 🤩

Everything was great, the apartment was spotless, just as in the photos. M Carmen let us in later and was very kind to give us instructions. I want to highlight the thoughtfulness of leaving us water and coffee, thank you very much for everything!

This was our 3rd time in Valencia in two years and Antoniette’s place was simply the best - great location to all our favorite restaurants, coffee shops, attractions and central market (our daily visit). The apartment was fully stocked and had all the amenities to stay comfortable for a longer stay. We stayed for a week and to make Valencia work for my schedule…I worked the entire week from the apartment. The best part of the apartment was Antoniette herself, who was friendly and constantly reaching out to ensure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. One evening, I had a minor issue, and she was getting ready to come over to the apartment and take care. Fortunately, the issue resolved itself and goes to show how great and caring of a host she is. I can’t wait to stay at her place again…best option for young couples.

The location is very quiet, so is the building. The ability to park in the garage is a huge plus. Tram station a 5-minute walk away. I spent about ten days and restful nights. I would definitely recommend this place for a single person or a couple. There is everything you need to feel at home.

Great little town. The apartment was great, plenty of room for the bags. It was exactly like the photos and the listing. Quiet at night, the neighbors were barely heard and seen. It was told in advance that there were no grocery stores nearby, so you could prepare for that too. Appliances needed in the kitchen, including a washing machine. Drying rack on the balcony a little small.

the apartment and location are just great. you feel at home from day one, the complex is super built and secured. Anyone who really wants to switch off and relax should go there. we will certainly go there more often. a big thank you for the great stay.

The place is way better than the pics. Imaculate place, super clean, really quite, no noise, great swimming pool, easy parking. We were 5 people and we had enough space for everybody. 2 good rooms and splendid bathroom. Segundo is a really good host always responds quick, he gives clear and straight instructions, he makes goods suggestions and obviously he knows the area pretty well. 100% recommended. We will repeat without any doubt.

The apartment was great and the beds were great. The elevator connection between the garage and the residential floor was great, and at the same time you had barrier-free access to the swimming pool. The only downside was the construction in the area and its sounds, but even that was not too disturbing and is decreasing all the time. I recommend it!

The locals are very friendly and the pool invites you to relax. We liked that it wasn't right in the party area and you had your peace.
