Ulises was very helpful, I shared my Uber location and he told me when I was going past the apartment 👍😭 Ulises informed me about taking cabs via the nearby roadway and how much to pay, $1 to get downtown and landmarks to find in case the cab driver went past the entrance. He gave me recommendations for food, groceries, and explained the washer and dryer. The apartment felt very safe, it was a beautiful location inside a lush garden space near the volcano. Ulises was very helpful about finding trails to hike, and things to explore in the area. A++

we loved the place. Everything was a 10-minute drive away. On our last day we forgot a passport and the Host was kind enough to contact us and take it to where we were. 100% recommended
