The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

Modern, newly renovated, quiet and fully equipped studio apartment in a very good location. In addition, I offer two bikes that can be used free of charge by you. The bathroom is large and the kitchenette is separated from the sleeping area. By foot it is only about 15 minutes to the old town, you can walk relaxed along the river. There is free parking. The living room has a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living and dining area and a bedroom. Location: Zapfendorf is located in the city triangle of Lichtenfels, Coburg and Bayreuth. The A73 is about 1 km away.
