Zentrale, kleine Souterrainwohnung mit separatem Eingang. 120x200 Bett ,nur für eine (1) Person geeignet. Eigenständiger Check-In durch eine Schlüsselbox (Code bei Anreise Tag) Netflix und DAZN vorhanden. Die Unterkunft hat sehr schwache Internetverbindung deswegen ist nicht für Homeoffice geeignet . Die Wohnung ist mit einer kleinen Küchen ausgestattet .Zudem wurde das Bad kürzlich renoviert und verfügt über eine Dusche, ein Waschbecken und ein WC . Bettwäsche, Dusch , Handtuch sind vorhanden.

In addition, the property is close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right outside the front door. For children, there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in the attic of a three-family house. The building is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. The garden area is at the disposal of the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement.
