Beautiful, quiet apartment in the attic of a three-family house. The building is located in a cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. The garden area is at the disposal of the tenants of the apartment. Washing machine, dryer and additional storage room in the basement. Loderbach is a quiet place with very good transport links: - 3 minutes to the Neumarkt highway ramp (A3) - 5 minutes to Neumarkt - 30 minutes to Nuremberg - 35 minutes to Regensburg

Wir stellen unsere Wohnung zur Verfügung wenn wir selbst unterwegs sind und reisen. Dies bedeutet, dass die Wohnung alles für den Alltag bereit hält bis hin zu Gesellschaftsspielen, einer kleinen Bibliothek und Spielsachen unserer Tochter. Unsere Maisonette Wohnung ist mitten in Altdorf. Insgesamt sind 5 Betten aufgeteilt in einem offenen Schlafzimmer, 1 offenen Kinderzimmer und einem separaten Gästezimmer. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und modern.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung in Freystadt mit komplett eingerichteter Küche mit Induktionsherd. Möblierter Balkon. Zentral gelegen und doch ganz nah an der Natur. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten am Haus. 12 Kilometer von der A 9 Ausfahrt Allersberg. Zum Rothsee 12 Km. RMD Kanal 4,5 Km. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 600 Metern ( Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Supermärkte). Sehr schöner Marktplatz mit guten Speiselokalen 500 Meter entfernt.

In the garden you can fully relax, linger and enjoy: There is a sauna for the winter and a heated pool in the summer (23 degrees). Bike tours, hikes or just a cozy day in the garden - everything is right "in front of your nose." I'm happy to help you choose hiking, running or cycling tours. A car is required to get there. Public transport is rather difficult
