Family-friendly vacation rentals in Alpujarra Granadina

Very comfortable stay for 6 people. The kitchen had nice touches like teabags, sugar, coffee, supermarket bags was like a home from home. Very clean, great communication. We chose not to park at the airbnb as our car is long and access looked tricky. We used a local car park, but of a walk but manageable. Apartment is up a steep hill with cobblestones but with everything on your doorstep. Terrace was beautiful, we loved to sit up there. A great stay and good hosts.

We immediately felt comfortable in Maria's wonderful apartment. Despite the location in the middle of the Albaicin, it is quiet, everything is within walking distance or alternatively by bus, which circulates every few minutes. The kitchen is functionally furnished, the quality of the beds and bedding is very good. The highlights are the hot tub and the great views from the protected terrace. Maria is a very helpful, attentive and friendly host who at the same time respects privacy. It couldn't be better! If we travel to Granada again, we will definitely come here. Highly recommended.

Lovely traditional house in a fantastic location. Great outside areas with beautiful views. Kitchen had everything one could need. Everything was very clean and there were plentiful supplies of towels and comfortable beds. Perfect!

Very clean and comfortable Airbnb in a peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distance to cafes/restaurants and only a 10-15 minute drive to central Granada. Rosario and her husband were very pleasant hosts who were responsive and provided local recommendations that were excellent. Would stay again next time visiting Granada.

It was very nice. We loved being there. Just the „street“ leading there was tough.

It's very nice villa with all the amenities that the family needs. There were even spices and other things left in the kitchen. Very handy. The drive is up the hill and I would not recommend to walk there, especially with children. There is a lot of space in the house and the outdoor area is amazing. The jacuzzi is a plus as the swimming pool was too cold to use in April. Almuñécar is not very busy yet as it's not holiday time in Spain, again it's a plus.I would highly recommend El Caminito del Rey and the cave in Nerja if you like outdoor adventures with your family

We were with nine friends in this villa and completely satisfied! Everything was as described and seen in the pictures – clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor pool was not heated in winter, but the hot tub was great and worked perfectly. We were particularly impressed by the room with the hot tub. The villa offers plenty of space with two kitchens and numerous bathrooms, ideal for a larger group. The property is completely fenced, which was perfect with our two dogs (which we were allowed to bring for an extra charge – thank you for that!). The location is great for sports activities such as hiking and climbing, and Granada is not far away. But actually you don't have to leave the villa at all, as it is perfect for lingering. We were able to play table tennis and just relax. A fantastic place to stay – highly recommended!

A quiet house, well located near Granada, and near Sierra Nevada. Well-equipped, we were very comfortable.

Well designed Airbnb, very thoughtful and comfortable. We enjoyed walking to the beach and to the old town. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is great. He has made a very nice place!

We were very happy to have chosen this accommodation in "the lost village". A very quiet (only rooster, dogs and donkey can be heard) and pleasant beautiful surroundings only 6 km to Frigiliana. The restaurant " Bar el Acebuchal " is fantastic, great recommendation to eat there, attention kitchen closes at 4pm and the restaurant at 6pm and reservation necessary for high operation. The property offers a fantastic pool and plenty of space on the terrace like in the house. You have to know that there is a long staircase from the parking to the property. Beautiful home and garden with pool!

Beautiful spot in a very central and lively part of Granada. Walkable to everything we did in town. Comfortable beds and ample room to settle in. It was great to have a washer and a dryer. From the moment Anastasia greeted us, she made us feel like part of her family. When I noticed there was no oven (my fault as it wasn't in the listing), she was so helpful and brought over many other options we could use. There is street noise late into the night (especially when we were there during Semana Santa) from crowds and garbage/street cleaning, so just something to be aware of for light sleepers.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful. They left everything you need for a good breakfast in the apartment. In the bathroom there was a hairdryer and basic utensils of feminine and improvised hygiene. Very grateful. When we return x Granada we will definitely repeat. Also, would love dexque son pet friendly ya q we went with our kitten. There is q add there was a pool available, despite being the end of April and early May. My pleasure, really. And the kitten and her hijito also very social and affectionate.

The house is very good for a stay in Cómpeta, not far from the city center, with fairly easy parking, 100 meters away, The terrace has amazing views, The neighborhood is quiet Great

Great appartment, close to the beach and with an amazing view from both terraces/balconies.

The house is beautiful, spacious, with different areas to enjoy. The location in the listing is incorrect: took us to a completely different place with the postcode provided: better to look in Google Maps for Cortijo Los Almendros Holiday Home (and go first to Frigiliana the make your way there). View is breathtaking. House is close to a gorgeous white village (Frigiliana) and to beaches etc so super convenient. I am scared of winded roads so the need to go up the mountain was an issue for me but not a problem for others in the group (the drivers luckily!). The pool is not heated and that made it unusable for the adults: important to know if you book the house outside of the summer months. The childrenused it but most of the adults couldn't cope with the water temperature even when it was sunny. Antonio was super helpful and friendly while we were there, we enjoyed our stay and it is ideal for a relaxing, family holiday.

The place was amazing with beautiful views! Nick and Julia were amazing host who were very responsive if we ever needed anything. We will most definitely miss the place and of course the pets too!

Pernilla was a great host and always responded so quickly to any queries. The apartment was lovely and the village is just beautiful. So well maintained and peaceful. Just far enough away from town to be outside of the thick of it but an easy enough walk down.

What a beautiful villa! The views are outstanding, the kitchen/living space and outdoor areas are lovely and very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group. The bathrooms and some of the bedrooms were quite dark, but we appreciate that is the design of a house built into the hillside. La Herradura is walking distance with good bars and restaurants, although as others have said it is quite a steep climb back up to the villa, but there is plenty of parking if driving. Great roads and easy access from Malaga, and easy to get into Almuñécar for larger supermarkets, buses etc. We recommend a day trip to Granada as it is only an hour away, and beautiful. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Rachel was very responsive and helpful when we were there. A minor issue with the cooker was resolved promptly. We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Absolutely magical place! The house is beautifully decorated, full of art, and has everything you need. The area is quiet and peaceful – perfect for relaxing and escaping city life. The pool with a view of the mountains and Frigiliana is breathtaking. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The host was kind, helpful, and checked in to make sure everything was okay, especially during a power outage. One of the most unforgettable stays we’ve ever had. Marianne is a great host. the house is amazing. it offers everything and it is well equipped. If your are looking for a quiet place to calm down with a great view, this is it. you are also pretty fast in Granada, malaga and marbella or at some of the nice beaches. Marianne takes so much care of the house, the private pool and all the plants which make it a lovely green place with a stunning view! the communication is also very easy and extremly friendly.
