House vacation rentals in Alpuente

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

A very recent house pleasant to live in a residential area close to the city center with a means of transport. Impeccable bedding of very good quality All day exposed pool and new outdoor furniture Large terrace with umbrella to fully enjoy the outdoors A bedroom with a sea view and another retro pool view lit at night. One or two additional amenities would be welcome some cooking utensils, a small indirect lighting lamp in the main room for the evening and even if we can understand the difficulty for us a barbecue is essential. Great house in a great location. A small oasis in Pobla de Farnals. We felt very comfortable with Ellen and had an absolutely relaxing week.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

Beautiful stay. Accommodation more than excellent. Clean and super quiet house. We had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We had a great week at Espe’s place! The house is near the beach and there are plenty restaurants around. The place is well equipped and Espe gave clear and fast replies. With our two young kids we were able to both enjoy the beach and the city (many public transport options nearby). Would definitely recommend!

Offers unparalleled tranquility, this cottage is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. The house has been restored with meticulous care, it combines traditional rustic elements with all the modern amenities you might need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. The surroundings of the house, attention to detail, is ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature as a family. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, a very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the house very much, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets on the windows and if possible curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a reed fence, which would provide greater privacy for the interior. Overall very nice and with the option to repeat the stay. On the day we left, they approached us to meet us and are very friendly and very considerate.

This is the second time we have come to Carlos and are very happy with the accommodation. Carlos is very responsive and always happy to help . The apartment is light and spacious !

Our stay at the house was perfect, a very good place to disconnect, enjoy nature and spend some incredible days with friends. Our kids had a great time on the tennis court. We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

Milena’s place is lovely, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. Not far from the town by bike or tram. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so maybe some instructions would be handy, but Milena offered to come and help to set it up. She’s always great at responding to questions and sent lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in Valencia. Thank you Milena

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

This property is great if you have a private car and love peace and quiet. The bakery can be found in the center of Llaurí. There are nice villages within an hour's drive and the coast is also nearby. It was still too cold for the pool, of course, but it was nice to sit in the courtyard in the sun! The house is very spacious. The beds were a bit too hard for us but still some of us slept well. Very nice bathroom!

We had a lovely stay at Alex's, he was very welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is very good, simple and functional, with everything you need for children, it was very much appreciated. Small note, the phone network does not work at all near the house, but fortunately there is good wifi.
