House vacation rentals in Alpuente

The house is beautiful. This is the second time we have rented it and we will surely be back!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

Beautiful stay. Accommodation more than excellent. Clean and super quiet house. We had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

We were not left disappointed. Marcela provided us with clear instructions on how to get into the property. The property itself was as described, if anything bigger than expected - plenty of space to relax! We enjoyed the outside space and made use of the grill during our stay. The area itself is quiet with many opportunities for hikes. The supermarket is a 5 minutes away.

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

Authentic and relaxing experience. Mas de los pastores is a very special place. Offers unparalleled tranquility, this cottage is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. The house has been restored with meticulous care, it combines traditional rustic elements with all the modern amenities you might need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. The surroundings of the house, attention to detail, is ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature as a family. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, a very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the house very much, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets on the windows and if possible curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a reed fence, which would provide greater privacy for the interior. Overall very nice and with the option to repeat the stay. On the day we left, they approached us to meet us and are very friendly and very considerate.

This is the second time we have come to Carlos and are very happy with the accommodation. Carlos is very responsive and always happy to help . The apartment is light and spacious !

A stunning home in a spectacular location to unwind and unwind, the views of the sea and the mountain do not disappoint and leave some amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house is prepared with everything necessary for a perfect getaway. It has a living room with a large TV with various movie platforms, private pool ( a conditioned and perfectly manicured antique raft). Very important that our four-legged companion is welcomed in the house ( Petfriendly). The house is quite self-sustainable (solar panel light ready to consume little water) Laura, the hostess, is a charm, very attentive in showing us the house and welcoming you with great sympathy, they make you feel at home.

We had a lovely stay at Alex's, he was very welcoming and accommodating. The accommodation is very good, simple and functional, with everything you need for children, it was very much appreciated. Small note, the phone network does not work at all near the house, but fortunately there is good wifi.

Milena’s place is lovely, tastefully decorated and very close to the beach. Not far from the town by bike or tram. I couldn’t figure out how to use the TV, so maybe some instructions would be handy, but Milena offered to come and help to set it up. She’s always great at responding to questions and sent lots of tips for restaurants and things to do in Valencia. Thank you Milena

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

We went to spend a few days at Layla's house and it was the best decision. She is a very good and attentive host, the house is spacious and very well furnished for winter or summer. We really appreciate being able to enjoy the place.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

Very nice, quiet place, 900 meters from the road. We come here to enjoy the calm and the hills. Pablo takes very good care of us. Thank you.

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a giant covered/enclosed patio and a roof terrace. Everything has been recently renovated. Amparo is a sweetheart. I ordered from Mercadona and she arrived before me, and she put it in the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small carton of milk, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, I mean, everything. One drawback is that Google Maps does not give the correct location. You have to look for it on Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It's on the corner. Ahh important, if you want to watch national TV channels, tell Amparo because you have to do it through an app. In short, great!!
