House vacation rentals in Alpuente

Check-in was a breeze and we also appreciate that the house is at the entrance to the parking lot. We were very comfortable in the accommodation at all times. We enjoyed a few days of grilled meat on a grill with plenty of space and an area to work the meat, next to a very comfortable terrace covered by the sun. The pool was great for a few hot days. If I had to give something "negative" but with the intention of improvement that has not affected the rating... I would say that the freezer did not cool at the same power all the time. We put in an ice cream on the first day and took it out on the third day in the afternoon, but it wasn't frozen, it was more like a mousse. Still, it did its job and I'm sure they'll fix it. Another aspect that I would like to emphasize is that there were food plastics (cheese and a chicken tray) from the previous guests in some areas of the terrace. Nothing that bothered us, but I did want to point it out. Thank you very much for everything!

Lovely people and place, very close to the racing track and huge places inside and outside to stop minibus with trailer, wich was important for me. Also it is really great when you can play some games as football or table-tennis while yoir stay ❤️

We had a beautiful weekend. We brought our dog and was able to enjoy the beautiful surroundings surrounding the house. Lots of peace and quiet. Beautiful paths to tour, but the house has everything to enjoy staying there as well. We will definitely repeat sometime. Excellent treatment from both Juan and the hotel front desk. Breakfast is great. The projector is a ten, too bad it can't be used during the day (we were touched by cloudy and slightly ugly days). Super equipped but if they go with the idea of using the barbecue I recommend to bring board, blade as they do not have (we were able to use it anyway and enjoy it without any problem) Ideal place to disconnect and connect with nature. Amazing landscapes, to stay and live. Thanks again.

Lovely place for a quiet stay!

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

i stayed n Cyril and Emilies caseta for a month and loved every minute of it. The house itself was perfect. The location was perfect for me as its close to the Sierra Calderona and easy to get into Liiria and Valencia. Above all though was the friendliness of Cyril and Emilie. They were lovely people and their family are lovely. I really miss being there.

Estela and Aurora are charming, very helpful and friendly. The house is spectacular, the tranquility, the land, the barbecue... we have disconnected a lot with our 1 year old who has enjoyed the pool and running on the lawn. The house is also great but there are some old appliances, and the beds did not seem particularly comfortable. Renovating some details of the house (furniture/appliances) and the beds (+ pillows), it would be an absolute 10!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Me and my boyfriend loved staying at Tatianas apartment in Valencia! The interior looked exactly like the pictures, if not even better and we loved the aesthetics of this place. Everything was clean, the communication with the host was super smooth and reliable and we overall enjoyed our stay a lot! Definitely recommend booking this Airbnb if you’re looking for a spacious, welcoming apartment that’s located in walking distance to the city, bars and restaurants! We would love to come back!

Sonia's apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very cozy and although it seems small, it really has an excellent space to spend a quiet vacation. The house was in perfect condition, everything was clean and has basic materials such as paper, crockery, towels and barbecue materials such as charcoal tongs, pincers and matches. The area is lovely if you want to be quiet and relaxed, the village is small and although there is not much life people are very friendly and pleasant, we have talked to several neighbors and they are all very majas! From the village you can do several routes that I recommend like that of the caves, but simply going out to explore the river and the countryside is already a good plan. And finally Sonia, despite not having seen her she was an excellent host who cared about everything during our stay. She was always attentive and has made us a lot of recommendations, so for that and much more it has a 10

Would recommend to anyone for peaceful and tranquil retreat Lola was a great host and we wanted for nothing. Lola met us in the local town and we followed her for five minutes to property.

Vanesa is a fantastic host, her accommodation is fantastic, she has been attentive to our needs. Even the detail of leaving coffee capsules, with muffins

We had such a lovely stay.! The house is a dreams with amazing views of Benicassim. You feel 100% disconnected from the world when you’re staying here. Monica was super friendly and answered all our questions and doubts. The kitchen was spotless and modern. The rooms are a great size and we loved using the fire pit almost every night. Everything was clean and we had all we needed to cook. It’s a big plus that they accept dogs, our babies had a wonderful stay and loved the open space for them to run and play. We will be back!

A small apartment with everything you need to spend a few days as a couple in the beautiful village of Montan. We really liked the natural surroundings of the village and I recommend the apartment for its southeast orientation for winter and mid-season, especially for the sun it gets all morning and noon

Everything is great. Incredible views in a perfect place to hike and enjoy nature.

We initially booked 10 nights at Raul house, but upon arrival, there was unexpected heavy construction noise from nearby which went on all day. Although this was completely out of Raul’s control, he was very apologetic and did his up most best to make the situation better and immediately moved us to another of his properties. While the second house was great, it didn’t quite meet our needs as we had hoped for a private pool and panoramic views like the original booking. Though we only stayed two nights, (one night at each house) we were very impressed with how Rau handled the situation. His communication was excellent, and he was fair and accommodating when we decided to move elsewhere. The original house was exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean with stunning Mediterranean views, we were very disappointed not to stay. Despite things not working out for us, I would definitely recommend Raul and his properties. He's an excellent host!

Wish I could give this place 6 stars!!! We stay in places all over the world and this is def at the top of our list! Ellen is the BEST host ever. So helpful and friendly. 10/10! Our kids loved the pool and beach! Wonderful location, we’ll be back!

Both my partner and I had a great stay in the apartment. The size is perfect for two people and the hosts are very attentive and respond very quickly. The only thing is that it's a little far from the beach. We had a great vacation and everything in the apartment was great and they were adapted for long stays.

Maria Ángeles was waiting for us on the street outside the building and led us inside to her lovely apartment. She is a charming lady with a good sense of humour. She explained everything we needed to know, and gave us some useful tips. She facilitated an early check-in, which was very helpful. Communication was excellent before and during our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is fully refurbished with all mod cons, and the location is perfect. All of the historic sights as well as a wide selection of places to eat and drink are within easy walking distance. We appreciated the food and drink which we found in the fridge to welcome us; a considerate touch. We would definitely stay there again.

Don’t sleep on this rental! Doesn’t look like much from the street but inside is a totally new and very lovely 3br/2ba. Beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were modern and pristine, and the space is clean and calming. Patio with pool out back is a delightful extra.
