Almoradi is a traditional Spanish town with many lovely bars and restaurants. There is a beautiful cathedral and the square with its famous polo mint trees is just a ten minute walk from the apartment. Almoradi is a 15 minute drive from the coast at Guardamar, which has beautiful beaches. Torrevieja is around a 20 minute drive away. Alicante airport can be reached within half an hour. Almoradi enjoys very hot summers and mild winters - the sun shines well in excess of 300 days per year!

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Wohnzimmer, Küche, Essbereich und Bad. In der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer, eine Terrasse und der Zugang zur oberen Terrasse. Die obere Terrasse hat einen Sitzbereich und Sonnenliegen.
