Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

Apartment perfectly located. Beautiful view of the sea. Peaceful and quiet area. In the apartment we had everything we expected. The host was very polite and communicative. I highly recommend this place.

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

¡Nos encantó este lugar! El piso es cómodo, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Uno de los mayores puntos a favor es que pudimos ir con nuestros perros, y ellos también lo pasaron genial. Hay suficiente espacio para que se sientan cómodos y zonas cercanas para pasear con ellos. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones, pero con todo lo necesario cerca. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, siempre disponible para cualquier duda o recomendación. Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

3 par på pinseferie i Alicante. Vi boede perfekt hos Soledad, 3 gode soveværelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Fantastisk terrasse. Ligger roligt med 10 minutter til centrum med alle restauranter inden for rækkevidde. Meget anbefalelsesværdigt

La casa era molto ampia, luminosa e pulita, ha anche un terrazzino fantastico per la colazione. In cima al palazzo inoltre c’è una grande terrazza con una vista bellissima sul castello a cui è possibile accedere. Miguel inoltre è stato un host fantastico: la casa aveva tutto ciò di cui si potesse avere bisogno, tra cui prodotti per donne come assorbenti e dischetti struccanti; ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli sulle spiagge e permesso di fare il check in già dalla mattina. Esperienza fantastica che consiglio assolutamente.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

Host was very helpful and attentive. Place was very well equipped, with everything needed. Comfortable bed, and clean. Great experience all round :)

Bonjour, Nous sommes une famille de deux adultes et trois enfants entre 13 et cinq ans. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour. Nous avons passé des vacances dans un cadre très reposant. Nous avons eu à notre disposition tout ce qui était décrit dans l’annonce et même plus… le rapport qualité prix est très intéressant. À proximité, il y a les commerces d’alimentation, boucherie, restaurant… il y a même des centres médicaux si besoin… la région est magnifique et offre une multitude d’activité et de balades. La piscine à l’intérieur du logement est très bien entretenue et magnifique. Sue et Michael sont des hôtes très réactifs et avenants toujours prêts à renseigner ou à aider. En résumé, nous recommandons +++ 😄

The beach is so close and there is a 24/7 shop 50 m away so everything in a close proximity. The elevator was a bit small max 3 ppl but it works fine.

Lago ja Alba ovat täydellisiä majoittajia, huomaavaisia matkailijoita kohtaan ja huolehtivia. Majoitus oli todella puhdas ja hyvin varusteltu. Asuinalue on hiljainen ja 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta. Lähellä ruokakauppoja, ravintoloita, nopeasti pääsee jopa kahteen eri rantaan. Erittäin helppo p tapa viestitellä majoittajan kanssa. Pienet herkut ovat miellyttävä yllätys saapumispäivänä. Ehdottomasti suosittelen !

Ha sido el apartamento mas completo en el que hemos estado, una piscina comunitaria bien cuidada, hemos estado muy cómodos y no hemos tenido ningún problema con Natividad. Cabe destacar un punto muy importante y es que el apartamento estaba muy limpio y muy completo en el ámbito de la cocina y en general. La cama era muy cómoda y el apartamento es idéntico a las fotos. Estaríamos encantados de volver

Meillä oli ihana loma tässä upeassa huvilassa! ☺️☀️ Talo oli siisti ja tilava, ja jokaisessa makuuhuoneessa oli oma kylpyhuone. Piha oli myös iso ja siinä oli hyvänkokoinen uima-allas. Saapuessamme jääkaapissa oli valmiina kylmää juotavaa sekä pientä syötävää, mikä oli todella ihana yllätys pitkän matkustuspäivän jälkeen. Kaikki sujui hyvin ja voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä huvilaa. Täällä tarvitset ehdottomasti auton liikkumiseen.

Great location directly at the Beach, sea view. Great hosts with quick respond times Also great to have 3 separate bedrooms of you are travelling with a bigger group. Big plus are the (beach) accessories that are available (umbrella, trolley, bodyboards, bikes, scooters, balls) and free of charge.

We hebben als gezin een fantastische tijd gehad in dit appartement. Chris verwelkomde ons hartelijk en leidde ons rond. Het appartement is netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien. De tuin biedt een comfortabele lounge en een kolen-BBQ, met voldoende schaduwplekken om van het warme Spaanse weer te genieten. Het zwembad ligt op loopafstand, en we hebben er volop van genoten. Chris is altijd snel bereikbaar en staat klaar om te helpen. Kortom, een aanrader voor wie de omgeving wil verkennen of gewoon wil genieten van zon, rust en het zwembad. Groeten, Fam de Konink

An all-time favorite of ours, and we've traveled the world staying in airbnbs. Beautiful home and surroundings, welcoming host, lovely pool, and just perfect. We used the wood-fired grill to make our dinner and enjoyed the gorgeous courtyard with the grape vines. We need to find a way to get back here as a family! I highly recommend this!

Lovely stylish villa with great pool area. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Lots of equipment in the walk in cupboard, such as an air fryer, pool floats etc.,Location was great with a 15 minute walk to beach, restaurants, bars & shops. If I had to have a negative it would be that although kitchen is full of cupboards with ample crockery etc there wasn’t enough space for food storage. We all enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend this lovely home.

Prachtig verblijf. Huisje was simpel maar alles was aanwezig en heel proper. Prachtige tuin en zalig zwembad. Genoeg bedjes aan het zwembad en in elk huisje kussens voor de stoelen. Had het zwembad soms voor mij alleen. Een auto is wel nodig maar dat wordt gemeld bij boeking. Tina reageert direct en de schoonouders komen elke dag langs en staan altijd klaar. Het is superfijn om recht van het huisje in de tuin te kunnen stappen. Top verblijf !!!
