Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Allenspark

Amazing, gorgeous house and view. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. There were 5 of us - 3 adults and 2 kids. We all loved our stay. Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again and we’re planning for another visit!

I can not say enough about this place it was exactly what our family was looking for. If you are looking to get out of the city and relax then this is the place for you. We spent every evening in the hot tub with the most beautiful views. Sitting on the porch one morning a fox came down the driveway, a moose came right to the water 15 ft in front of me, an elk was walking through the trees to the right of me and a momma duck had her babies out on the lake in front of me all within an hour. God really showed off that day. The home was so spacious there was plenty of room for all 6 of us. It was very clean and well cared for. There are plenty of hiking trails within a few miles if that’s your thing. We also spent a day in the hot tub, played board games and cooked on the grill, so if you don’t want to go anywhere there is plenty to do right at the cabin! 10 out of 10 would recommend Chris and Catherine’s place!

If you’re reading this review and contemplating on whether you should book or not…book it. You won’t be disappointed. The house felt brand new with top end furnishings. Basically, you can bring some food but everything else is provided. Literally, everything else. We travelled as two adult families (4 adults and a teenager) and had plenty of room. Our teenage son was immediately drawn in by the Nintendo Switch and could be found glued to the TV at any chance. We used this as a ‘base camp’ while we spent a couple of days in RMNP. The drive to both entrances was quick and easy (20-30 minutes - Bear Lake is the closer of the two). You’re also really close to downtown (maybe 5-10 minutes depending on where you’re going - restaurants, shopping, etc.). They provide robes & slippers for the hot tub so all you need is a bathing suit and you’re ready to relax after hiking in the mountains. If we return to EP this is the 1st place I’m going to look and have my fingers crossed it’s available!

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely love it! It is a very beautiful and welcoming home in great surroundings. It has been a fantastic stay for our family’s little ones to grandparents both times. It has everything you need to enjoy yourself and the hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The hot tub with a view is a nice touch. They even let me borrow a book that I was unable to finish during my stay that I will be mailing back shortly! Thank you again, great place and we hope to stay again soon.

As an owner of a short-term rental myself, I am very much a stickler about cleanliness, comfort, and value. Therefore I feel leaving a 5 star review for Shane and Nicole would simply be an understatement. All the rooms, bedding, and seating areas were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Written labels throughout the house made everything easy to use. The incredible coffee bar was complete with everything needed for a savory cup of coffee or tea. This beautiful home is by far the BEST short-term pool rental I’ve ever rented.

We had a wonderful time at Black Hawk. Everything worked as expected. At times it was so peaceful you could hear a pin drop. Very beautiful.

This is a truly lovely unit. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The rooms are actually quite bright (vs the dark photo). The huge window enhanced the whole ambiance by bringing the trees inside. It was wonderful to not feel crowded - we had space to spread out and by having a basement level, it gave us all a chance to retreat. This area of Keystone was new to us and it made for lovely walks, as well as walking to River Run. The kitchen is spacious, where 2 or 3 people can be working at the same time. Furniture is very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful to have TWO parking spaces -- in a garage! This made unloading/reloading our belongings so easy. We will definitely consider this unit next year!

I stayed with my husband and brother’s family of four; this property was comfortable for all of us and we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning. While we originally slated to be in a different listing, the property management let us know the other property was unavailable due to a maintenance issue. They provided two additional listings and we chose this one~ we were pleased with the choice and enjoyed our stay in Keystone.

We loved staying here! It was just like the pictures, quiet and beautiful scenery! The power went out in the area one afternoon and the host was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was fantastic! the view is incredible. The kitchen was well-equipped, including a double refrigerator which was incredibly convenient for storing food throughout our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the quality of the sheets made for a restful night's sleep. Highly recommended!

This is probably the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at and we've stayed at a lot. Super well stocked and a terrific place for our two families. Hot tub, fire pit, squeaky clean, good linens and plenty of towels and a mega-stocked kitchen. Large, great furniture for lounging, I could go on and on. My only complaint is the late check in and early check out times (5 o'clock unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available and 10 am unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available. ). That's not reasonable really, since you are paying for the night you check in. I understand it is a large house and takes time to clean, but the lack of a day buffer in between guest stays that the company doesn't do to give themselves time for turnovers is at the guests' expense. Even still, I'd stay again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice, it was even better in person. It welcomed us 4 women perfectly. We all wish we could have stayed longer. Such thought in making this space a warm gather yet spacious and private all together. The kitchen had all we needed. The appliances are modern and quiet. I definitely recommend this home to others. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back and we may bring our partners 😉

We loved this sweet little cabin! The hot tub was great for relaxing after long days of hiking. We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, we saw deer and a baby elk from the driveway. The river gives very nice sound effects and we loved the using fire pit! The string lights also gave a nice ambiance. Overall, this cabin worked well for four adults, but you can tell it’s designed for a family with two kids. Jesse was very helpful when we had a minor issue and got it resolved quickly for us! I would not hesitate to stay again! It was also SO CLEAN! We appreciate the provided shampoo and things, such a nice touch.

Karen's place was beautiful. This was our second stay here. The setting is peaceful and there are beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. The house is spacious and comfortable. We would definitely return again.

Perfectly located little cabin, all the hot spot attractions we visited were just over an hour away. If we return we would stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Mark’s cabin. It is a lovely place, very calm and quiet in beautiful surroundings. The house was very clean and matched the description. Mark was very helpful and responsive which made checkin and checkout easy. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park.

Amazing little cabin get away! My boyfriend and I looked for a long time in different state and places to see where to get some time alone. This place was MAGICAL and we had such a beautiful experience together. The hot tub is a super nice touch to complete a luxury get away feeling. We are definitely coming back for our anniversary next year. If you want a private and secluded dream vacation in the mountains than this is the perfect little place. 🩷

Thomas and Janet are some of the most kind and gentle people I've ever met. Fantastic human beings. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived until we left. The area is teeming with wildlife that would come and visit us while we set on the patio. Thomas and Janet know everyone and everything about Estes Park and RMNP and are happy to help you find the best things to do in the area. The stay was so special that we are planning to return next year. Our stay has been the best experience we have had using AirBNB. Additionally, Thomas recommended that we take a scenic route back to the Denver Airport and it we ended up seeing a black bear. Thank you, Thomas. He came right up to the vehicle and let us film him.

Brian and his place were fantastic! We saw a fox and three deer by the hot tub! The house was exactly as expected, if not better. The view is amazing!! Brian was always quick to respond. We had no issues!
