A beautiful apartment with amazing views! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! My favourite colour is aqua/teal so I just loved it! The views from the windows on the front are absolutely stunning daytime and nighttime!! It was very clean, had lots do space! It felt so light and airy! Very peaceful! Great little park and pool areas! We hired a car so parked so was easy to get to, but we also walked down to the beach and shops etc and back up again which was fun!! As very steep path but totally worth it! Mikele was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! His place had everything we needed and more! We absolutely loved this place and would definitely book again!

Felix is a really good host. Very easy to deal with. The property is ideally located. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. It was really enjoyable.

Apartment in good and secure location , easy to get to the beach or the strip with clubs and bars in the evening Supermarket nearby with everything you need , water park close , we walked to the park and back . Check in was flexible and arranged for us an early check in to drop the bags earlier as our flight was in the morning To find the apartment was a bit tricky as after you pass the gate you don't know were to go , we waited until the cohost came down to get us . Unfortunately Sandrine wasn't available on the day but was all sorted at the end . I highly recomand this apartment

Perfect location and very responsive host, amazing views

My friends and I spent a pleasant and comfortable vacation, to the sandy beach and the sea about 350 mm, a short distance of at least two very good restaurants, a shop 50 meters away ( shops are open 7 days a week), very comfortable with privacy, which is not a problem in Torevieja due to the abundance of accommodation and apartments, the host is nice and helpful, in general with a clear conscience I can recommend

We have just got back from a week staying at Javier and Nathalie’s house. We are family of two adults and four children ranging age from 14 to 1 and this place had everything you could possibly need! The house is spacious and pool bigger than it looked in the photos, cinema room is an added bonus. Very well equipped with baby gates, toys, high chairs, the cot was put up, extra bedding available, inflatables and bikes. Also the kitchen has a filtered tap for drinking water so no carrying heavy bottles of water back from the shop! The location is quiet and is a good 10-15minute walk to the beach (with little children in tow) and a 20minute bike ride to the big Lidl so I think next time we would potentially hire a car. Only thing to note is that the restaurants close by don’t often open of an evening until 8pm so when we went out at 6.30-7pm nothing was open! The tram is easy, it’s at the entrance to the beach and only four stops to El campello. The hosts were so lovely and helpful!

Jordi’s apartment was perfect for us. Fully fitted out and clean and new. It was very comfortable and is right in the centre of Denia near to everything. A really relaxing place and Jordi was so helpful on arrival and departure and making sure our stay was the best it could be. Definitely a place to return to in Denia.

Nice stay! We had a nice week here with the group of friends.

A place quite clean and in a good location

The apartment accurately matches the description. It's in a quiet area, very close to the beach. The beach is pebbly (you have to go with water shoes or similar), very quiet, and with nearby beach bars. Parking is easy in the surrounding areas, no need to get a ticket, although it wasn't the busiest time. In the apartment you will find everything you need, even some great tupperware, which you never take and which comes in handy. The common areas are very nice, enclosed, and for children it is very fun to run through the alleys. The pool is very comfortable, it is not guarded, but it has an access fence. Pablo is very attentive, and was attentive to our needs at all times. He solved any issue we presented to him without any problem. We'd be happy to come back.

Perfect apartment for 4 people. Quite large and with 2 terraces. Perfect location. Everything is very clean and with details that are appreciated such as extra towels, change sheets, gel and brand new shampoo in each of the two bathrooms.... To get an idea, it is the first and only apartment, hotel or cottage, in which I have not grima/disgust, that the shower curtain rubs me. I think it's the best definition of the cleanliness of the apartment. Yuri has responded immediately to the few inquiries we have had to make. Still at risk that next year, "nos nos quit", in Caesar what is Caesar's. I definitely wanted to stay at this apartment. Thank you for doing so well Yuri!

Our family comes to Moraira on holiday nearly every year so we know the area very well. I can say this is definitely the best place we have stayed! The location between Moraira and Portet is perfect, with each 10 minutes walk away. The villa is absolutely beautiful and has all the amenities to keep both children and adults happy. The kids loved the pool, I loved cooking on the bbq grill and having a wonderful dinner with family who visited and enjoying the fantastic sunset views. We didn’t spend a lot of time inside but when we did we appreciated the air conditioning a lot especially at night time. And a word for Maria our wonderful host: she couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. She’d thought of everything and went the extra mile to make the holiday special for us. I’m sure we will be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Attila’s fabulous apartment. It is new, spotless, well appointed and perfectly located. Attila was onsite when we arrived. We were very pleased to meet him. He was both friendly and professional. The apartment furniture was very comfortable…especially the bed and pillows. We slept really well. When visiting Benidorm, we will definitely stay in his apartment again.

We were 6 people and we were very comfortable, since the house has 2 rooms, 1 of them with a very spacious bunk bed, + sofa bed. The house is fully equipped, is very easy to get to ,has all the supermarkets very close and the beach is 10 by car. It has a barbecue in the terrace and a table with some benches, chairs... which is very good. It has a light in this area, maybe another one would be missing, but otherwise, great! Communication with Pascal was always very prompt and with Anita too. I would go back without thinking :)

I already knew the urbanization, Sylvie's apartment is the one we've been best, also the most expensive. Take great care of the details and thank you.

We really enjoyed Nancy's apartment and felt like home. It was very clean, equipped and arranged very nicely. The view is also great, and the location is excellent, close to shops, terraces and the beach. Overall it was a great experience and I recommend it to anyone.

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
