Mr. Mustafa was a great host, quick to respond to all our questions and always support us politely and effectively. The house is in a great location, within walking distance of carsiya, so we had no problem with Cunda's biggest problem, the "parking lot". The fact that it is 2 minutes walk to the sea made us very comfortable with our little girl. The house itself is exactly as seen in the photos, or maybe even more beautiful and every detail has been considered.👏🏻 We had a great 3 days and recommend it to everyone, thank you again to the entire team.

Mrs. Gizem, who welcomes us with her peaceful garden, beautiful-faced employees, clean rooms and incredible positive energy, and sends us off with the same energy :))) I want to say this to guests who are thinking of staying for a tremendous but tremendous breakfast, do not think and go.. Mr. Can and his mother, Ms. Ayşe, are extremely kind and hospitable. It was very clear that every detail of the house was thoughtfully and prepared. Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom. We loved that the location of the house was close to everything. It was very enjoyable to spend time in his garden. We would also like to thank her mother for the treats of Ms. Ayşe. If we go to Balıkesir again, we will definitely choose you again. 😊

There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Ramazan took very good care of me and my family. We felt like we were in our own home. They brought all the supplies and household items we wanted. They were very kind people, we will definitely stay much longer next time. It's a neighborhood to stay in without a doubt. Close to the garlic beach and 1-2 minutes to Küçükköy bazaar.

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Mirlav, he presented this beautiful house during our Ayvalık holiday, which we went to as five girls, and he always responded very quickly to our questions, offered local advice and was friendly. You can find everything you need at home, even the extras, we had a very pleasant time on the swing on the back balcony, accompanied by long conversations, we loved the kitchen. The location was also very close to the center, and since the neighborhood was different from the rest of Ayvalık, even though my friends were a little nervous at night, I never felt that way, it's just a little touristy, but the apartment is in a residential area. Long story short, thanks to Mr. Mirlav for his interest and relevance. Very pleased

You can just take your personal belongings and go, you go to a place where you can meet all your needs as if you were in your own home, there was nothing missing, everything was thought out to the finest detail, you don't have to worry about cleaning, everything was sparkling clean and the host was extremely interested and helpful

Xaris’ AirBnb was wonderful! Exactly as described and situated right on the beach. Everything you need for a tranquil little getaway. Xaris was super hospitable and encouraged us to reach out to her with any questions we may have had. I’d love to stay there again in future! Thanks Xaris!
