The place was above my expectations and I'm very sorry that while I have visited Mytilene so many times, I had not achieved the accommodation sooner! IT'S ON EL. Venizelou, that is on the street from the airport to Mytilene which is very convenient and parking is very easy (inside the space or outside on the street that is free). The reception and the main building is an old townhouse and you feel that it has come out of the past, but the rooms are modern and there is a lot of isolation as needed. It is outdoors where you go between trees and plants and you feel that you have been in a garden. The breakfast is excellent and rich and the service of children is exemplary. Great at everything!

Authentic and cozy ambiance with unique rooftop views. Spacious room with small but functional bathroom. Super friendly host and hassle-free arrival. Small kitchen for shared use very convenient. Location perfect for walking to the sea and to the many restaurants. The old town is unique. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will certainly be back.

Our stay at Berk place was very good. The location to Ayvalik old town and waterfront was perfect for our stay. Lots of shopping areas close and very nice restaurants. While it was a little tricky getting there in a car that is normal for Turkiye in the older areas of the towns.

It was a very nice stay. Hande and Oleg are very sweet people; they were very interested. Our room was spotless. Don't hesitate. We discovered beautiful venues thanks to their local recommendations.
