The place Our house is 12-15 min away by walking to the center of Ayvalik. You can reach the center by taking a pleasant walk through the historical streets of Ayvalik. It is 15 minutes away from Cunda Island and Sarımsaklı beaches by car. There is easier parking place than the center of Ayvalik in our location. Our house has 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and an L armchair that can be opened in the living room. However, it can accommodate up to 4 people. If you stay in this centrally located place, you'll be close to everything as a family.

Our house on the island of Alibey (Cunda) is designed in accordance with island architecture. Lesvos is located on the middle floor of the building where you will be staying. Our beds in our rooms can be arranged according to the need. Hot water is supplied by the water heater. There is a water tank. Our house has air conditioning and a TV. The roads on the island are too far for vehicles. It is necessary to be careful when checking in by vehicle. There is allocated parking close to our house and for a single vehicle.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

Our house is located in the historical settlement area of Ayvalık and in the Macaron region, one of the most active spots. Sahil Street, Barbaros Street, 13 Nisan Street, Ayvalık Square and Bazaar, Antikacılar Street, cafes, bars and taverns and historical places to see are within a 5-10 minute walk. There is a small garden, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed, and the double room has air conditioning.

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).

It is very close to kite surfing schools and is very suitable for those who do not want to be affected by the traffic and noise of the center. It is easy to access the grocery store and the market. Ayvalık State Hospital is 10-15 minutes away by car.
