Ms. Nevay has never interrupted her interest and interest in us since the day we first made the reservation. We reached the house comfortably thanks to the flexibility it provides during our check-in and check-out times and the directions it provided us from Izmir, where we departed. It was a great chance for us to stay in the historic Greek house with such a beautiful ambiance at a very affordable price. The cleanliness and hygiene of the supplies were great. Even though we took our vacation in a cold time of Ayvalık, heating conditions and hot water transportation were quite sufficient, we never got cold. We had a great pleasure having our morning coffee in this house with a sweet garden. We recommend everyone to stay in this wonderfully designed house, where you will feel at home, and there is no lack of equipment. In addition, thank you for the warm welcome of Mr. Erkan, who delivered the house to us, for their help in finding a parking spot for our vehicle. We would love to be their guests again 🥰

Gizem is an exceptionally friendly and communicative warmhearted woman. She gave us many great recommendations. The apartment was beautiful and colorful and we felt at home. The location is perfect and after we found it very easy to get to and no problem at all also at night to walk home. She had us informed very clearly that it was narrow to get to by car and given all the instructions. Our google map couldn’t find it and we searched quite a time until the neighborhood helped us. After that it was very easy! Thank you for a wonderful time and we highly recommend her!

Beautiful home in a cozy and calm area near the sea. It is also easily accessible 10-15minutes from the center. We also had no problems communicating with the host. So we had a very nice vacation.

Mr. Ahmet and Ms. Kader are amazing people. Everything was in line with the photos and descriptions. A very peaceful, safe and amazing view that we can't wait to come back as soon as possible. It was a nice holiday for us, where we met with a friendly and caring welcome and sent off with their coffee and friendly conversations while saying goodbye. The house is as seen in the pictures. The hosts are very sweet people. The location is great. Internet may not be enough for long stays. The bedroom may be a little cold for winter stays. It is necessary to bring the water heater before entering the bathroom. It is nice to use the garden and have a barbecue. Thank you for everything

The house was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Very carefully prepared, stylish furniture used. You feel like the house has a soul. It's easy to reach the host, and you get a quick response to any questions you have, and your privacy is protected. Although it is large, there are 2 enough air conditioners, even though we stayed in the cold in the winter, we did not get cold. We had a very enjoyable holiday, thank you

We had a great time at Halil's place! The house has everything you need and it's clean. Halil was very helpful and friendly from the beginning to the end, he came to pick us up with car because we took the wrong bus and got lost for a moment. The place is lovely and we fell in love with the friendly cats. thank you very much!
