Vacation rentals with a patio in Alibey Island

We had a wonderful stay at Lakovo’s place! The apartment was in a great location and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was also super easy to get into the apartment and everything was clean and tidy. Whenever we had questions he was quick to respond. Had a lovely time and would stay again.

The room was very clean and welcoming. Ioannis has foreseen and equipped with everything one almost needs for a few days of stay. The location is very favorable for anyone who wants to move around the center.

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

We have stayed in different places on airbnb before, but for the first time, it was a house where everything was complete and complete, Ms. Pınar's house, the kitchen and the bathroom were considered, thank you for your beautiful gifts. There were three of us staying with Berna Abla and Süer Abi for a week. Both are very warm and hospitable. We felt very comfortable from the first seconds. The area is a bit quieter and more familiar, which was just right for us. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, the water is very clean and perfect for cooling off. In the immediate vicinity you can find cafes, restaurants, a kiosk and a small supermarket. From the main road, a bus runs every half hour to the center of town. A day trip to the center of Ayvalik, to Sarmisakli on the beach, to Cunda Island or to another of the great adjacent places is easy to reach. After the hustle and bustle of the city, we were always happy to arrive at our quiet accommodation. The weather was very pleasant and there was always a bit of wind, which is why we got along very well without air conditioning. We felt very comfortable and would come back again and again. <3

We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

The house is old but big and the cleanest! The 3 bedrooms (with big beds) are upstairs so the is a separate floor downstairs not to disturb those who want to sleep. The house had all the necessary things we needed. The location was perfect to walk easily and Ulkay helped us with parking too. Ulkay answered to all our questions directly in a minute.

We provided accommodation during the first week of April. The fact that there was a lot of comments about the heat made us think at first, but we definitely did not have such a problem. The house is in a very nice location, clean and Ms. Naz is very interested in her guests. We completed our visit without any trouble. If I need to make a criticism (if we didn't see it), it can be put in disposable slippers in the bathroom. If we come to Ayvalık again, we can consider staying here again.

The apartment is extremely attractive for those who want to have a family vacation with its private and well-maintained garden, its view overlooking the sea, an airy location on a hill overlooking Edremit Bay, its spacious living room, useful kitchen, proximity to various grocery stores and shops, easy access to Bağlarburnu Beach, where you can both reach under the olive trees and enter the water. It was very easy to communicate with Mr. Orhan. She was quick to respond to my messages, gave useful advice for places to visit and activities to do, and was available to help when needed. I would recommend it without hesitation.

Thanks to Gurbuz and Aydin bey for smooth and nice stay. Everything was the same as described. Very clean and cosy. We didn't use the kitchen, however there could be more cuttlery and cups (not glasses) :) Balcony is very spacious, we spent there every evening watching neighbourhood cats, who wanted to enter the house very much:))) It was very nice stay overall, thank you once again!
