Beachfront vacation rentals in Alcúdia

We are very happy with our stay. Beautiful view and quiet. We have benefited well. We would highly recommend it. Our big regret was that we couldn't enjoy the pool because it wasn't heated.

Elsa was an awesome host. She welcomed us into her home with snacks waiting for us and gave perfect recommendations. The home was clean and looked even better than the photos. The view was gorgeous and the location is prime for those wanting to be near the popular beaches. Everyone loves the dog, Bernardo, and though he is precious - my personal favorite is Negroni, the cat. Elsa even brought us Spanish pastries on our last morning and allowed us to leave our belongings throughout the day since our flight was in the evening. Her generosity and flexibility are what made our trip to Mallorca that much better. Can’t recommend enough and am already looking forward to our next trip to Mallorca, where we will definitely be hoping to stay in Elsa’s home again.

We had a great vacation. Antonia's place is very nice, well laid out, well-equipped, perfectly clean and close to the beach and shops. We look forward to returning to Alcudia in Antonia's home. Thank you Antonia for your communication and responsiveness.

We had a wonderful experience with our group of 5. Two grandparents were traveling with us and everyone was very comfortable. We loved walking to the ocean front every day and trying different restaurants - our favorite was El Baul, but you must get reservations ahead of time! Just a short drive over to Cala d'Or for more bustling night life and a big supermarket. We also found a wonderful sailboat charter that is equipped with a hydrolic lift that made it accessible for our grandparents to get down to the water at our stops along the way: Vita-bel with Capt. Nigel. We went to the street market in Santanyí on Saturday and visited Sant Salvador. So much to see and experience in the area - we can't wait to come back again!

The house is as pictured, if not better. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a group stay. Francina was available from the time of booking, providing us with a lot of useful information about the area, and always available, generally a great host. The house is located on the waterfront of a very quiet and peaceful village, but not without amenities (restaurants, clubs, etc.). In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are located right near S'Illot. Overall, I recommend this stay because it felt like home.

We stayed 1 week with our family ie 5 adults and 1 baby. The house was very nice and spacious, with a very nice big garden and great swimming pool. There is a BBQ area with a table and pingpong table. Very nice restaurants in walking distance with very good food and very child friendly. The host was very friendly and reacted immediately to any question we had. We had a very nice holiday!

Absolutely loved this Villa. It was in a peaceful tranquil location. The surrounding town had the required amenities, there is not a massive amount to do in Cala Mendia but local transport is easily accessible. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with the added touch of a beautiful pool.

What a beautiful home! The short walk to the beach was worth every penny - absolutely stunning views. We had everything we needed and appreciated our communicative hosts! We were only bummed to learn that “hot tub” meant a bath tub, nothing outdoors. Otherwise, this house had everything we needed for our party of 8 :)

Barbara’s home was as described in the pictures and in a wonderful location in a small town where you could walk to the beach. The home was spacious and perfect for two couples as two bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms we’re at opposite ends of the house. This allowed for two couples to have some privacy and the amenities to themselves. There are lovely walks in the neighbourhood and all the amenities such as groceries and restaurants are all within 15 or so minutes. I would definitely recommend this home.

We absolutely loved this place! I would 100% recommend to anyone. It is in a perfect location close to the harbor and town. Amazing restaurants and beaches all within walking distance. The interior was very pleasing with cool unique tile and elegant bathrooms. It had plenty of space to relax or cook. The pool was incredible, Also the massive amount of outdoor space and giant patio made our stay as comfortable as possible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice peaceful stay in Portocolom!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

Margalida's place is fantastic! Great location (few steps to the beach), her communication is excellent, and the villa is also beautiful.

We visited Villa Calma with 4 adults and 3 kids for one week over New Year. As our initial booking of a different accommodation got cancelled on very short notice, we checked with Veronica for availability of Villa Calma. It was the best that could have happened. Veronica is excellent, super helpful and fast responding - made it possible within less than 24 hours that everything was arranged for our arrival. Also during the stay excellent communication. We can more than highly recommend to stay in Villa Calma. The villa is super clean, fully renovated with more than enough space for 2 families and a very nice garden with pool, table tennis, and BBQ. Several restaurants and shops are in walking distance from the house alongside the beautiful coastline of Port de Soller. The center of Palma you easily reach by car in 30 min (there is also a bus connection close by). We will definitely come back!

We immediately felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything was as described. It is very tastefully decorated and offers everything to feel comfortable. The only downside is that the pillows are very hard. We will be happy to come back!!! Max, Margrit and Oliver

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We stayed with our family on vacation in Mallorca (2 adults, 2 children (1 year and 4 years)). Before, we stayed at an all-inclusive hotel for a few days, so it was way too noisy and hectic for us. This place was our rescue, finally peace and a view like in a dream. It has everything you need, even toys for the kids and mosquito nets for the windows. The area is quiet, there are restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We were traveling without a car, that worked well. We all enjoyed it very much, we would love to come back :) Toni responds very quickly to messages and is very accommodating and helpful, we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful week: grandparents, their 3 children and partners as well as 2 grandchildren. The house was big enough, the kitchen superbly equipped, the beach also within walking distance for the little ones. One of the highlights for the kids was the climbing house with children's kitchen and slide. Our contact Kimberley was very helpful, nice and always there for us. Even on the holiday!

Fantastic stay in Ses Covetes Our stay at Román's was just fantastic! The place was just as described – clean, cozy and perfectly located to enjoy the beautiful nature and beaches of the area. Román was a great host, always friendly, helpful and always available when we had questions. Communication went smoothly, and he gave us great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation. Thank you, Román, for the great time – we will be happy to come back!
