The place was more than good! Alvaro was quick to respond to our inquiries, he was extremely nice. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood is extremely quiet and peaceful, close to the coast. There is parking nearby, and sometimes there are spaces available right in front of the apartment. Downstairs the garden is maintained and made with a lot of desire and effort. We recommend!

Great location very near one of the cute beaches in Palma. Paulino, our main contact, was extremely helpful and responsive. The apartment is spacious and has a nice sea view. We felt immersed with the locals as the apartment is not part of a bigger tourist compound. Parking requires some skill and patience but is free and always worked out.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Josep’s Airbnb in the heart of Palma’s Casco Antiguo. The apartment is beautifully designed, with plenty of natural light that makes the space feel open and welcoming. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect rest after a day of exploring the city. The sofas were also a great place to relax, making the living area feel cozy and inviting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for meals, and it was easy to cook and enjoy our time in the apartment, making it the perfect place for a long term stay. Josep was an excellent host—very kind, attentive, and responsive to any requests we had. His hospitality truly made our stay memorable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palma!

Huge, comfortable, and so prettily decorated!! We spent a lot of time on the terraza long conversations over dinner and breakfast. The rooms were cozy and the place was spotless. I am glad that there were beach towels, sun screen, and sun hats provided by the hosts! Also super appreciated how responsive and thoughtful our hosts were. This place was truly five star. If I lived in Palma I would stay there bc the neighborhood is quiet and lots of grocery and fruit stands as well as walking distance to the central market. It was easy to get into the old city by bus and by foot. This place is a definite 5 star place.

This is a beautiful location with outstanding views in an unspoiled and quiet part of the Island. Lots to do in surrounding area, vineyards, cultural towns and hiking.

I had a fantastic stay at Veronica’s apartment in Puerto de Sóller! The location couldn’t be better—it’s right in the port and directly in front of the charming tram station, with excellent restaurants, grocery stores, and shops just steps away. The apartment is beautifully decorated in a stylish Art Deco mid-century design, providing both character and comfort. Veronica was a wonderful host, and everything about my stay was seamless. I highly recommend her apartment to anyone visiting the area, and I would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport (about 1.5 hours from Palma airport). From the Port de Soller bus stop, it is then 10-15 minutes to the apartment. Without a car, you should be fit to walk up the small mountain. The ascent is worth it, because the view from the apartment is gigantic and you are at a safe distance from the hustle and bustle of the harbor. The terrace is definitely the highlight. The center of Port de Soller is about a 15-minute walk. Overall clear recommendation as well as nice, accommodating hostess!

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. Marcello’s place was lovely for two and in a really good location. The beach and plenty of bars and restaurants were down the road. As well as bus stops heading to the centre or the aquarium! Marcello is very friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again 😉

This was such a nice, clean, pretty place to stay. The location was great - about a 10 minute walk to the cathedral, about 15-20 minutes to the closest sandy beach (Playa Can Pere Antoni), with lots of restaurants and shops right there. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great! It was easy to find, the host provided clear instructions on getting checked in, and was very helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport when it was time for us to leave. We had a fantastic stay!

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We found the place quiet and very welcoming by its owner, Astrid, to take care of his guests. A charming, interesting person and always in a good mood. We highly recommend this place. Great apartment with beautiful balcony overlooking the stunning pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and brilliant location from which you can explore the lovely surroundings

My boys loved using the hot tub which was great for a winter visit to Port de Pollença. The outdoor space was great as I was able to cook outside while they played. It also feels very private. The interior space is very comfortable and has everything you could need for a trip as well as good quality cooking supplies. Also, a big thanks for the local beer!

Juan Carlo’s apartment is a great spacious place (we were 5 people, 2 adults and 3 kids) at a perfect location directly at the beach and next to many great restaurants. Perfect communication with Africa who was always responsive, very friendly and helpful when needed. Easy and flexible check-in (Africa was welcoming us) and check-out via hotel Minister lobby. We ate mostly in nearby restaurants except for breakfasts when we enjoyed the beautiful view from the living room over the beach and had a front row seat seeing Port de Soller waking up in the mornings. The apartment is amazingly equipped for guests who prefer cooking at home. Really nothing to complain here. We had a great stay and will come again. Thanks Africa and Juan Carlos for being great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The pool was great, and the apartment had everything we needed. The complex is clean inside and on the grounds, and everyone was very friendly. There is a local shop and a few OK restaurants, but you might want to go further afield if you want something more Mallorcan. My kids made penpals with the neighbours, which is always a plus!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.
