It is a cozy house with a lot of soul. The decoration recalls wonderful places in the world, memories of my travels. The location is perfect to enjoy the sea or the mountain, 3 minutes from them. It is a very comfortable house, to enjoy as a couple or family of the terraces that surround the house, of the 3 bedrooms, large dining room, open kitchen and a lot of garden. Intimate, silent and practical. Kitchen and bathroom renovated. You will love her as I do. The photos are not fair to reality;(

Villa Mallorca.

The villa is located on the edge of the s’ Albufereta Nature Reserve, a jewel of nature for its landscape and ornithological and botanical values. Consists of 4 bedrooms spread over ground floor and first floor, 3 bathrooms, hallway,living room,kitchen,laundry plus garden terrace with pool. It is advisable to have a vehicle. The pool is closed,making the garden a safe area for children. Located a few kilometers from the villages of Alcudia and Pollença,as well as its beaches.

Casa tradicional. "Son Ramon"

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.

Very peaceful and sunny, an incomparable setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several European awards for its environmental conservation efforts. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea, allowing you to spend days at the beach in Port de Sóller, where you can enjoy all kinds of activities. It is situated in the heart of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, making it an ideal starting point for hiking trails.

'Clavells' beach-side house

Our Clavells apartment is located on the second sea line, just 100 meters from the beach. It has a very large terrace with partial sea and beach views, which make this apartment unique. The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.

Adults only Small guest house / casita for two people on our finca in Llucmajor, in the middle of a beautiful garden with pool. Centrally located with short distances to the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, to Palma and other excursion destinations. The Llucmajor/Son Noguera bus station is a 7-minute walk from us. From May to October, an airport bus also runs. The tourist tax levied here is included in the price.

It is an ideal place for people who love nature, animals and want to learn a little more about Mallorcan tradition and culture.
