This historic house dating back to the beginning of the century, with an area of 180 m2, is located in one of the most charming streets within the walls of the old town of Alcúdia, Carrer de la Roca 13. ALCUDIA. All additional expenses such as Ecotax, electricity, etc. are included in the price.

We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

The Clavells apartment is fully renovated with parquet floors, fully furnished and equipped for your enjoyment and that of your family. Our apartment is located on the second floor of the 'Clavells' building. We do not have an elevator.
