Vacation rentals with a patio in Alcoià

They are the best hosts that I have ever met with. The apartam is well-furhished, clean and spacious, the view from the whole apartman is breathtaking. The tram is very close, you can reach the city center in 10mins.

El piso está muy bien situado para moverse por Ontinyent y para coger la carretera y hacer turismo. Es muy grande y cómodo.

È stato davvero bello alloggiare qui: Al ventiseiesimo piano con una vista bellissima sullo skyline della città . Un appartamento pulito, essenziale nell’arredo, ma funzionale. Quello che ha reso bella l’esperienza è la vista che si gode. Nell’edificio,anch’esso pulitissimo, abbiamo usufruito anche di una bella piscina. Ottima nota aggiuntiva è il parcheggio privato all’interno del garage. Se dovessi ritornare a Benidorm, lo risceglierei!

Wir sind in unserem Leben schon in vielen Ferienwohnung gewesen. Aber die Ferienwohnung von Isco und seiner Frau hat bei weitem all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Nicht nur war die Wohnung sehr charmant und modern eingerichtet, und liegt direkt am Meer sondern Isco war auch ein außergewöhnlicher Gastgeber. Er war stets verfügbar und hat uns angeboten, alle Reservierungen in Restaurants für uns zu übernehmen. Zur Begrüßung und zu Ostern gab es leckere hiesige Delikatessen. Der Service den Isco und seine Frau geboten haben, war wirklich ausnahmslos. Die beiden haben neue Standards in Kundenservice und Gastfreundschaft gesetzt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder - Danke!!!

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The apartment is incredibly clean, with everything you could need and more provided. Macarena is very thoughtful, communicative, and friendly. The town itself is so charming and beautiful. The views are absolutely breathtaking. The apartment is very central in the town and has amazing views from the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked with everything one could need, even a coffee machine and pods provided. Macarena very kindly left us some necessities so we have something to eat when we arrive. If you are considering staying in Guadalest, I cannot recommend this apartment enough!

Estar en casa de José Manuel fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el primer momento me hizo sentir como en casa: cálido, atento y siempre pendiente de que no me faltara nada. Tiene ese don de hospitalidad que te hace sentir cómodo sin esfuerzo, y además es un gran conversador, siempre dispuesto a compartir, pero también respetando los espacios. Amazing views and the apartment was spotless. It felt brand new. The building’s facilities were top-notch, especially the pool on the 26th floor. Highly recommended!

Excelente todo. Increíbles vistas, apartamento bien equipado y ellos muy amables y atentos todo el tiempo. La única contra, y solo por poner algo, era que había que usar el coche para todo, pero ya sabíamos que iba a ser así y no nos afectó en lo más mínimo.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable. Eduardo est gentil aimable pleins de bons conseils et services . Le logement est parfait , bien équipé, propre. Eduardo a réservé pour nous le restaurant (ne parlant pas espagnol ) Tout a été parfait. Merci mille fois pour ce bon moment.

This place has incredible beds, easy ground floor access from the street, free parking right outside, a cute design, and is squeaky clean. The kitchen had almost no tools and supplies. The friendly and sincere host is promising to upgrade so if the kitchen matters (and it should as nothing is open in winter in Novelda) then please check with him to confirm the additions before you book. Novelda is great. In February it’s mostly closed up but the casa museo moderniste, the nearby tourist information (in another lovely space), the close by church, San Pedro Apóstol, the plaza Espanol are lovely. The Casino is great for a look and a drink. In my opinion, the modernist museum is not to be missed. The Parque d’Oeste has modernistic features mostly near the entrance and it worth a visit. And there is a church and castle about 10 minutes outside of town, well worth the visit. The church is also modernist, built by a follower of Gaudi. It’s amazing.

We had a fabulous stay whilst on a climbing trip in the local area. beautiful place and accomodation. would definitely recommend

Casa Malou is an absolutely outstanding find, a real gem! It is equipped with everything you could want for a beautiful and relaxing time! The kitchen it fully stocked, and the pool amenities are fantastic. The beds are very comfortable, the aircon is a great addition, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The location is great too, a very quick drive to multiple beaches and shops. The host was also really great and allowed us to check in very late at night and to check out quite late in the day, meaning we could enjoy an extra day in this slice of paradise. Highly recommend! Don’t hesitate, just book!

What a beautiful place to stay, we absolutely loved it, so quirky with amazing views! A bit of a hike up the hill but well worth the effort. Walking distance to everything really although we did get the tram to San Juan beach as it has sun loungers and is much nicer than the local beach. Viktor and Maria were super helpful and responded very quickly to any questions. Thank you so much for opening your beautiful property to us. 😍

Fiodor y Victoria son unos anfitriones estupendos, te hacen sentir como en casa. El alojamiento es perfecto y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días estupendos. Se encuentra cerca de Alicante pero a la vez es una zona tranquila sin ruidos, con privacidad y perfecta para descansar. Sin duda todo un acierto. Además, tienen una piscina maravillosa donde darte un baño. Volveremos seguro, muchas gracias.

Qing was very pleasant, attentive, and always reachable and responsive. She was accommodating to our traveling needs specially with a toddler. The apartment is very spacious and make you unwind from the busy center. Host work with you if you have additional requests.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einem noch schönerem Ausblick aus jedem Zimmer. Die direkte Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, das heißt es gibt nicht viel zu sehen/machen außer den Strand und auch der war nie voll. Mit dem Bus oder der Bahn kommt man jedoch sehr schnell in die belebte Stadt mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Meiner Meinung nach also eine sehr gute Lage, wenn man auch mal was unternehmen möchte, aber am Ende des Tages nicht auf Entspannung und Ruhe verzichten möchte.

Je vous recommande ce logement les yeux fermé , Carmen a été réactive très gentille. L’appartement est magnifique propre et Très bien située. C’est un coup de cœur pour nous. Merci Carmen pour ce fabuleux Airbnb.

Beautiful views from the hot tub - a wonderful way to start 2025 :)

El apartamento está ubicado en un pequeño pueblo en las montañas. Es muy acogedor y desde la terraza hay una vista impresionante a las montañas. Cerca hay una iglesia y, incluso por la noche, suena la campana. Por eso, fue un poco ruidoso y dificultaba dormir. Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestro viaje en este apartamento.

Todo perfecto, no es un apartamento es un hogar en la zona tranquila de Benidorm, si buscas tranquilidad dentro de lo que es la ciudad, sin duda es el sitio indicado.

We had an amazing stay at Dominique’s apartment. He was very responsive and accommodating. His place was immaculate, comfortable, well -stocked, and tastefully decorated. The pool is an awesome added amenity. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The private parking space is very convenient as it was difficult to find street parking. There were many great local restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. We highly recommend his apartment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
