Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We were very comfortable in Rakel's studio. It is a studio within a building, where the owners also live with their children and their dog. Yes, it is true that the studio is independent with a bathroom and full kitchen. The owners were very kind at all times and were attentive to our comfort. It is very central and next to streets with a lot of atmosphere.

Elche is wonderful, the apartment is super nice, very well located, just like and better than the photos!!! Highly recommended, close to downtown and the best restaurants!!And Juanan, excellent attention to everything, super attentive to us and the welcome wine was the best!!! Thank you and we'll be back soon!!

What a beautiful location. We had forgotten our computer and Andrés took care of it. Super friendly. Everything was not super large in the apartment but present . The most beautiful thing was the pool with the view. We felt at home there. Had a lovely time and will definitely come back here. Thank you for everything you are a top host!

We had a great time and a truly wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing—extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though we arrived very late (around 2 a.m.), she greeted us with a big smile and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a shopping mall, and only about 10–15 minutes to the city center, with all its restaurants and cafés. Since we enjoy walking and are in good shape, it was perfect for us. The place itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante. Florin's apartment is peaceful and full of light. The distance to the city center and the sea was perfect for us—we love walking. Communication with Florin was very pleasant. We had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, and he was incredibly helpful. I stayed here for 3 nights with my family, including our 6 month old, and it was wonderful. The pictures actually don't do it justice in terms of how incredible the view is from the living room and the balcony. Yana & Nil's were super responsive and made sure we checked in okay - navigating the car elevator was a fun added adventure and their instructions could not have been more detailed and easy to follow. Clean, spacious, well equipped kitchen, and great location near the beach and restaurants. Saving this one if we ever come back and stay in Altea again!

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. A perfect place to disconnect with family or as a couple. The villa is in perfect condition, all the rooms have air conditioning, good terrain to take the dog, and the hosts are charming. We'll be back if we can in the summer to enjoy the pool. 10 out of 10

We were 4 couples with small children 0-2 years old. All the rooms were well equipped and we felt very welcome. In addition, Anne was very attentive and they were attentive to us at all times. We would definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic stay at the townhouse in Finestrat, near Benidorm. The location was perfect for our holiday — with easy access to Benidorm, beautiful beaches, and nearby shops, everything we needed was just a short drive or walk away. The townhouse itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day out. Nic was incredibly friendly and responsive throughout our stay, always available and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, this place made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back in the future!

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

Spacious accommodation, as described and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those who wish to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for the couch. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and perfect and tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. What a find! Beautiful apartment in a stunning location! Only a couple of minutes to the beach and the supermarket- just perfect! Erene was very responsive and super helpful, allowing us a late checkout on our last day! We will be back! 😎

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because they left us the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us very well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great ocean view. We recommend it.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. Big plus with paddle court and pool at the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!

Thank you Seawings for our stay in May 2025. Apartment was as clan, all beds felt like new and as described. Communication was very fast and responsive. Perfect amenities and very clean lots of thing to do even with a 9yr old. Just a brisk 25 min walk to Benidorm old town.
