This is the second time I've visited Maria's place, and every time I come it's even better or there's something new. Maria is constantly concerned with improving the place and making guests feel at home and what's even better… that they love it and come back at all costs. Perfect little house to spend a few quiet days, it has all the necessary amenities: pool, lawn, tranquility, good temperature... The perfect bathroom and Ernesto was very kind to us and our dogs.

A great house! Gema prepared the pool so we could use it. It has a great and comfortable patio where we were super comfortable and we were surprised to see that there were turtles😊. The only thing I could say was bad, the heat accumulated upstairs at night. It is very easy to get to and access is very well explained

The apartment is very comfortable, the rooms are good, it has a good terrace and is very close to the old town of Ávila, in a very quiet area. Communication with the owner has been smooth and respectful. This is the third time I've stayed in one of his apartments and if I have to go back to Ávila, I'll definitely trust him again.

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

The house is very comfortable and everything matches the photos and description. Recommended for a peaceful getaway and to disconnect. We went with two babies and two dogs and the house is great for everyone to enjoy

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and pool are a 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect, she even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped. Felix is a very friendly host and very helpful. He gave us good information about the village and things to do in the area. Well recommended!

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Very nice and cozy place. Very nice owners and guardians upon arrival and checkout. We were allowed to stay longer after checkout. We brought coffee as a gift. Everything was great
