It provides two bikes that allow easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes, the city center in 25 minutes and the beach. The presence of a patio allows meals to be taken outside. I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. We stayed here before in 2017 so knew that it was a great location for the beach and the area. Also great metro connection for the city within easy reach. Alejandro was really helpful and made the trip successful

My parents, who are in their late 60s, stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The place was very comfortable for them, and communication with the host was smooth and easy. Most of all, the location is perfect—right in the center, which made sightseeing super convenient. Highly, highly recommend this place!

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We were very comfortable, Raúl is very kind and responds very quickly. The house is located in a very quiet place, it is well equipped and easy to enjoy all areas (pool, track, etc.) as it is perfectly fenced. Great to spend a few days with family or friends, children and pets.

We are sooo happy with our accommodation and our stay even though we had rain one day that made us not use the conservatory so much that is so cozy. Super smooth check-in and very good apartment that we are happy to return to. We also liked the area that we experienced as the best of all the places we visited in Valencia. Plus, it was quick to get around in the city, we walked most of the time. We would definitely stay here again if we get the chance to return to Valencia.

I have tried many times to write a review that would describe the experience, of the place and the people in it. It's much more than words can ever say so, you should just live it to feel it. If you like authentic people and -atmosphere, animals, nature, trecking... really recommend! Such a lovely couple with big golden hearts. Felt like coming home ❤️

We had a great time with the family in this house perfectly suited to accommodate several people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the equipment at the top: everything is designed so that we can cook and enjoy quiet evenings at home. The location is ideal, with all shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) within walking distance, just like the metro located less than three minutes away. The latter serves the whole city, up to the beach, and even allows you to reach the airport in a single station. The outside is super nice, especially for families with kids. Special mention for the movie room, which made its small effect! Only small downside: the check-in time at 5 p.m., a little late. But other than that, everything was perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!

The property is spacious and ideal for groups/families. We hired motorcycles and explored the nearby Sierra Calderon national park. The property is extra secure with off street parking for vehicles and is ideally situated for both Valencia and the surrounding countryside. Also a short walk from Betera. Rafael is an excellent host and went above and beyond tot ensure we had an enjoyable stay.

From the first moment I wanted to take Amparo's apartment, it seemed like I knew her all my life, with the wonderful reviews she has and it's not for less! She exceeded my expectations at all times, she is charming, friendly, super attentive, wonderful directions in the apartment. About the accommodation, sea view, hearing it, seeing it, for someone who is from inside is priceless. Paseo Martimo y playa just outside the building. Thank you for everything Amparo for being such a good host, we already know where we have a house when we return to Cullera.

We had a lovely few days staying in Oskar’s beautiful house. Valencia is only a 20 minute taxi/drive away, and the villa was a great place to come together with eight friends for a long weekend.

We were hosted very well by his cousin who lives next door, despite the language barrier, he did everything to welcome us. Very good interaction with the owner who is very reactive.

We absolutely loved our time at Isabel's place. It was so comfortable and peaceful but also well connected to town for all our needs. Isabel and family were excellent hosts. Our dog was also comfortable with lots of space to roam freely and a new friend in the family's lovely dog who hung out with us a lot. Highly recommend this place, especially if you travel with a dog :) we would happily return!

I had a very pleasant stay in Rosanna's apartment. The location right on the beach is fantastic and offers a wonderful view. The apartment itself was well equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine, iron, hair dryer as well as WiFi and a TV. The kitchen was fully furnished. In addition, all shops and restaurants were easily accessible right next to the apartment. Rosanna was a friendly and helpful host who was always available if I had any questions. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Amazing private cabin in the countryside surrounded by nature. Hosts are very responsive and friendly, and the house is very cozy and comfortable, especially with the fireplace and smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows. We definitely recommend to book their place if you are looking for disconnect and enjoy nature!

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

A perfect stay in Valencia! We had a great time at Antonio's place. The apartment is in a great location, close to downtown and transport, which allowed us to discover Valencia very easily. It is spacious, clean and perfectly equipped, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. Antonio is a very welcoming and responsive host, always available to answer our questions and give good advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. His hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We recommend this listing without hesitation and will happily come back during our next visit to Valence.

We had such a great time at Carolina's place, we didn't want to leave. We were very comfortable (and warm!) during our winter stay here with our two dogs. The house was spotlessly clean, everything you could need is available. The house is all on one level with a lovely garden and lots of comfortable, sunny areas to sit outside. It is in a very private and quiet location at the end of a street. Very nice walks directly from the house. A 30/40min drive into Valencia (very easy drive). Great internet speed was also a bonus as we were on a working holiday. Carolina was a fantastic host, always available to help when we needed it. We would love to return!
