Vacation rentals with a patio in L'Albufera

Lucie was very hospitable and responded quickly. Super clean big and nice accommodation. The location is perfect with great restaurants and taverns around.

Cullera, a charming little coastal town, offers a friendly atmosphere where the locals are welcoming. The walks along the esplanade are pleasant, and the beach suitable for people with disabilities is a notable asset. The apartment has a privileged location a short walk from the beach, ideal for doing without the car, with shops nearby

Nicolas was a great host. He agreed to a late check in and even come to meet us at the airport. The place is very clean and he is eager to help and easy to communicate with. The bus station is literally in the front of the building and the metro is at 5 minutes walk. We would definitely come back.

A very comfortable apartment and convenient for the tram station and supermarket. Everything went smoothly and Rebeca was always helpful and friendly.

A brilliant stay, the flat was very clean and the terrace was brilliant for morning and early afternoon sun. The kitchen had everything you need for evening meals. Abel was very helpful on check in and check out. Look forward to staying again!

We felt welcome in the accommodation, you can get around by metro very easily anywhere in Valencia. The hostess is very kind and understanding.

Our experience at Cristian and Minerva's house has been very good. We felt right at home, very comfortable... The house was very clean and cared for, fully equipped, a 10 of 10. Very good location, close to all kinds of services and amenities, accessible beach walking, close to the Albufera and Valencia city... Cristian and Minerva were very friendly and gave us a lot of flexibility when entering and leaving. A place to remember very positively, for everything... Looking forward to repeating again in the future. Thank you very much for everything!

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

We were very pleased with the accommodation. It was superbly equipped, and there were plenty of toys for the children. The tram stop just around the corner provides quick access to the city. Ariadna gave us lots of tips and was always easy to reach. We'd love to come back.

The first impression of the entire family, when we entered and toured the apartment, was, “This looks even better than the pictures”. The apartment is beautiful, it was extremely clean, had all the amenities, and was super well taken care of. The host replied almost immediately anytime we had questions. It is located in a beautiful, quiet, and clean area right next to the beach and sea. We ended up extending our stay here 2x! Incredible host and apartment. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We had a wonderful stay here. The place is spacious, the two bathrooms are a bonus and the patio space is incredible. It’s located on a nice quiet side street, but we were able to find parking just one block away. We enjoyed being able to walk to Turia park and lots of great cafes and restaurants. If you have kids there are several play parks within walking distance. We would book again without hesitation.

Everything perfect, location and so on in our case was by gym theme and we had it a 5-minute walk away. The only catch is the armchair bed that is not bad but could be better for the rest, she is very nice and attentive and the house is very nice and cozy.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

We were blown away by Conors place, it has stunning views from both the balcony and the bedroom. The location is amazing, right on the beach. It's at the quiet side of the promenade but so close to the restaurants and shops. The apartment is so clean, lovely linen and fresh towels, even towels for the beach. It has everything that you need and more for a home from home holiday. Conor was a great host, he went above and beyond to ensure that we had a stress free break. He was so helpful, easy to contact and responded quickly. We had a great experience in Cullera, we will definitely return and will recommend Conor's apartment to our family and friends.

Pasqual’s Airbnb is stylish, clean, and perfectly located in the vibrant El Carmen neighborhood—steps from amazing restaurants, art, and all the charm of old Valencia. Also, Pasqual was a fantastic host—kind, responsive, and full of helpful local tips. His hospitality made me feel instantly at home. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Jana's place was perfect for my 2-night-stay in Valencia. Pretty much everything I wanted to see was within an easy walking distance. The studio itself is modern, clean and very spacious. Would happily recommend it to others and would book again when coming back to Valencia!

Patri was such an A+ host. She communicated days before we arrived, and was flexible with our arrival and departure times. She met us in person to give us a tour of her place, and provided some little touches, like a basket of fruit and vegetables, and some other goodies. She also gave us some good ideas on Fallas celebrations in the areas, and was very responsive for a couple of questions I had during the stay. Gracias Patri! :)

Everything perfect, the house great and super well located

I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!
