This was probably my all time favorite Air B and B and an extraordinarily good value for the price. The unit is very well designed and equipped—cozy, comfortable and visually appealing, which as an artist is important to me. Faith and Naraya have furnished it with lovely fabrics, artwork and vintage pieces, adorable and efficient kitchen and a sweet, soothing vibe that was perfect for us (older couple visiting kids and grandkids). From the fresh laid eggs in the fridge to the 3 different sets of coffee making equipment (in addition to at least a half dozen places to get coffee drinks within a three block radius) and other thoughtful surprises, they have put a lot to TLC into this rental unit. In addition they were very responsive when the fire alarms went off at an inconvenient time, and replaced them most efficiently and made it all good. Thank you!!!

I came from out of state and stayed in this fantastic home for a month and a half while house hunting. I had been to Portland many times, but never explored the Alberta Arts District. I was pleasantly surprised. You get the best of both worlds at Ash’s place. A friendly, quiet neighborhood with restaurants, shops and cafes just a short walk away. Downtown Portland is only a 10-15 minute drive. The home felt safe, comfortable, and was well stocked. The only thing I needed was food to fill the fridge! Ash and Lauren were fantastic! I’d absolutely stay again if hadn’t purchased a home nearby after falling in love with the area. I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

I had a great four-week stay with Michael! The space was cozy and thoughtfully curated. The location was perfect! So much to do close by but very quiet and safe at night. Michael and his daughter were so welcoming and kind. I will definitely be back!
