Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

Brand New Alberta Arts District Gem

This brand new Airbnb is in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, you really can't beat the location! The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

Explore the world-class restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the nearby Williams and Mississippi districts. Take a stroll around the award winning (and oldest) rose garden in the City of Roses across the street in Peninsula Park. At home, this second story studio has extra space in the meditation loft, a full kitchen, fast internet, and projector for streaming. Clean and private 1-bedroom (Q) apartment with well-stocked kitchen and bath, one block to Alberta Arts Main Street. Separate outdoor keyless entry to a daylight-basement in our 100+ year-old craftsman home ensures a contactless stay. Blackout bedroom curtains invite great sleep, and comfortable couch is also long enough to sleep on. All welcome! Cannabis friendly (outdoors only) covered patio. On a quiet dead-end road with free parking. Stays over 7 days can request access to laundry.

Basement Dwelling

This basement efficiency apartment has its own entrance off the driveway next to the sidewalk and has everything you might need to be comfortable. The ceiling is not that high so I recommend it for people under 6'2". My family including a dog and cats live in the house above so you might hear us but they don’t have access to the apt. Gas and/or electric heat that you control, smart TV and recliner that will stand you up. I do allow animals if you pay the $20 pet fee and see rules.

Spacious Guesthouse with Creative Style and Local Charm

Our recently built, light filled and spacious ADU sits quietly in our back yard and above my painting studio. It's an open, airy and modern loft-style home with reclaimed fir floors, shelving, vanity, and doors. The queen size bed has a super comfy natural latex foam mattress and in the loft there is a fold out sofa with a full size memory foam sleeping pad. It has a well appointed kitchen and washer and dryer for your use. I provide coffee and tea for your stay as well.

Guesthouse in the Garden - Alberta Arts District

Enjoy a stay at this peaceful ~300 sq ft guest house located in the middle of the Alberta Arts District. Private entrance and entire place to yourself, no shared walls. Short stroll to great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. One block from Salt n Straw and several coffee shops. Great brunch, lunch, and dinner options all within walking distance. Reserved spot in our driveway for guests and plenty of free street parking available nearby as well.

Located in the heart of the Alberta Arts District, this is a fully furnished, single-level home with an upstairs loft. Downstairs features a full kitchen, living area, washer-dryer, mud-room, and bathroom; upstairs is a queen bed, dresser, closets, and writing desk. Flat screen televisions on both levels with access to Hulu streaming services, a desktop computer, and a well-appointed kitchen with appliances and accessories for all your basic needs.
