It’s open floor plan and high ceilings gives a balance of comfort and artistic appeal. There is a lounging loft which can be used as a sleeping space for agile children and adults. We have designed the house to honor the era in which it was built and elevate the aesthetic. The kitchen is well-stocked and the bathroom has a luxurious jetted tub.

The cottage is designed to be self sufficient, and full of natural light. Take a stroll through the alleyways and wander through Alberta park to restaurants and coffee shops. It is a very bike friendly neighborhood. We are also connected by bus lines to downtown.
