The space is located just a block from a stretch of restaurants on NE Killingsworth, two blocks from all of the restaurants and shops on NE Alberta, and a five minute walk to beautiful Alberta Park. This unit is equipped with a toaster oven, hot plate, full size fridge, and dishwasher. Please note this is the lower unit of our home so you will likely hear day to day noises between 6am and 7pm.

We've dubbed this stunning, fully detached studio the "Lighthouse" because of the way natural light pours through the 550-square-foot studio's many windows and dances off its walls and vaulted ceilings. We are tucked into the Westmoreland neighborhood's quiet residential area, but are only a five minute walk from more than 20 restaurants and entertainment features. Westmoreland Park, Reed College and downtown Portland are just minutes away by car.

Bring your walking shoes so you can walk through the neighborhood to SE Division to find coffee shops, cart pods, tap houses, cafes, restaurants, and bars to suit everyone, or stay at the coop to relax under a tree or on the deck.
