My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

What a big spacious clean apartment! One of the best places we have stayed in. Fabulous location, walkable to great restaurants, shopping and to the beach! Antonio is a wonderful host.

We had a great time at Desislava's apartment. His Airbnb is really complete, nothing is missing, everything is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is ideally located, close to everything: beach, restaurants, shops… We didn't even need a car to fully enjoy our stay in Alicante. The accommodation is very clean, perfectly maintained, and on top of that, Desislava is a lovely host, very kind and understanding. It's really nice to deal with someone so human and available. Usually, we book hotels for our holidays, but here we felt even better than in a hotel: the privacy, the comfort, the location… everything was perfect. Do not hesitate for a second to book with her, and for our part, if we return to Alicante, it will be without hesitation at Desislava's!

I stayed at Aurora's place for a short family break during the Easter half term. The flat was very well located and only a short walk to the beach, Aurora provides beach towels which is super handy. The old town is also a short walk away and Aurora recommended some great restaurants, Nou Manolin is particularly good, so good we went twice. If you go, you have to try the super mouse! The flat itself is immaculate, and 6 of us stayed very comfortably. The flat also has wonderful sea views. I highly recommend Aurora's flat for a great place stay in Alicante.

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

We as a small family regularly travel, especially in Spain. Out of all the apartments we have rented this stands out as the best. The host Sonia was excellent, very friendly, outgoing and her communication skills were fantastic. The property is in a great location and looks exactly like the photos. 5 stars from us. We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanization with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, it was especially suitable with the private fenced outdoor area. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with a table and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed the changing table and stool(s) to get up to the toilet and sink, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in the China shop. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

Super host and was responsive despite our late reservation, he came to give us the keys and explained everything well to us despite the language, we are French. I would recommned this property

We stayed in this apartment during a water polo championship in Elche and it was a success. It is in the quiet village of Santa Ana, less than 20 minutes from the Esperanza Lag pool, which allowed us to come and go several times a day to rest and escape the heat. The house is ideal: there were three adults and a child, and we were very comfortable. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay, and more. The saltwater pool is wonderful, our son had a great time and there were also inflatables, badminton rackets, ping-pong paddles, a ping-pong table... Impossible to get bored! Gintare, the host, was lovely: super friendly and attentive from the first moment. The location is also perfect if you plan to visit both Elche and Alicante. In short, we have no complaints. Everything was fantastic. We would do it again without hesitation!

Beautiful modern villa with amazing heated pool! We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was very clean, nice design and furniture and so convenient to have one bathroom per bedroom. Christelle was very responsive and friendly and she supported us a lot with all sort of questions we had during our stay. Everything is easily reachable by car and there are lots of nice area to explore around. The only watch out is that there is a construction site close by that you can hear - the pool side is protected by the house so it was not too disturbing but better to know that. That said, we would still highly recommend and we hope to be back since it’s a beautiful brand new and clean modern villa with private pool.

Spacious accommodation, as described and carefully decorated. Close to the highway for those who wish to go to Alicante. It is complete in terms of equipment, kitchen materials, etc. We only stayed 4 nights but I think for an extended stay it is well suited. Comfortable bedding, same for the couch. Ideal dressing room and what you also need in bathrooms. Gianluca and Vanessa are responsive to messages.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and didn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce section. She had good knowledge of cheese and more. We will be back and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Overall, we had a good stay at this apartment. It matches the description. Very close to the beach. It is clean, neat and there is a lot for a comfortable stay. It was a little uncomfortable that there was no hot water in one bathroom and cold water was flowing all the time, even after we asked to change the gas cylinder. And you also need to take into account the presence of Spanish small ants, but you can fight them with a special spray that the owners left us. And unfortunately, poor soundproofing - despite the fact that the apartment is on the 5th floor - you hear absolutely everything that happens there in the evening and at night. But if you like to walk late and party, then this is definitely the perfect place to relax and the location! Irene is a very polite and attentive hostess. And everything we asked for was taken into account. Thanks for the vacation!

Although we had to wait 45 minutes to enter the apartment because they left us the wrong keys, Marina was a very good host and treated us very well. He gave us many recommendations about Santa Pola (restaurants, boat rental) and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. The apartment itself is nice and just like the photos, with a great ocean view. We recommend it.

Nice and clean apartment. The place had what we needed for a nice stay. Nice location, short distance to both shopping and beach. The landlord did not speak English, uses a translation machine and it went well.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this flat! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Old Town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante.
